I HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY PARLOURS LIKE FEMINA NATURALS ETC BUT I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A WORST BEAUTICIANS EVER IN LIFE... GREEN TRENDS PAMMAL BRANCH CHENNAI HAS WORST BEAUTICIANS AND THE OWNER(LADY) IS KEEN IN MIS GUIDING CLIENTS AND CALLING CLIENTS EVERY 3 DAYS A FORCE CLIENTS TO DROP IN OFTEN IN 3 DAYS... I HAVE DONE REBONDING PAYING Rs15, 000 BUT IN A WEEK IT WENT OFF... JUST IN A WEEK IT WENT OFF EVEN I COMPLAINT IT TO THE OWNER LADY SHE NEVER BOTHERED TO ANSWER AND KEPT ON MARKETING ME TO BUY PRODUCTS... WORST PARLOUR IN THE WORLD IS GREEN TRENDS PAMMAL BRANCH CHENNAI...
I too faced the same please dont money in Green Trends PAMMAL BRANCH

worst level of Service

I spent 6000+ for re-bonding my hair in green trends @ Madhanadhapuram, Chennai. It doesn't last even for a week. And its waste of money. they charge 12% Of service tax for all service. but the service is very bad.

    This review is about the green trends located near poondi bazaar(Tambaram).I just asked for a stepcut.The hairdresser who attended me took just 10mins and told me everything was done.She totally spoiled my hair.I went with a hip long hair but now nothing is there.Have been doing steps for more than four years..They gave me a cut neither step nor U!!!I the worst !! This is the second time im facing such thing in the same branch.people working there are fit for nothing.Please stop ur business.

    Just want to add one more thing.The great green trends professionals were simply watching a movie there and were not even interested in attending people.

      We are not satisfied with the way the customers are treated in Green trends Ramapuram. The lady at the counter treats the customers like school kids and does not know to be courteous. Many a times we have noticed that the specialists who treat the customers are genuine when talking about the products and services offered, but the counter lady gives us a fake marketing of their products. Also, many a times she has been corrected by customers for cashing the wrong bill. Also, she has been noted for pointing out the customer's skin problem, hair problem etc in the public harshly, right at the counter. The customers feel embarrassed in this scenario.

      Few days back, the same lady called the boycotted customers of Green trends Ramapuram, asking for the reason. This call sounded like a College Principal calling her students and enquiring about their leaves. At least she should have been courteous in asking for feedback. We have not seen this kind of customer treatment in the other chain o[censored]nisex saloons, and we request Kavincare to take care of the people their appoint in the responsible positions.

        Green trends Is indeed filled wit untrained professionals..

        i straightened my hair a year back wit matrix products.. And now When i walked in for straightening ma grown hair last Friday .. The ppl in the inlet suggested me to go wit the new introduced l'oreal steam bond.. i Did inform the attendant about ma hair condition .. Even Afta hearing al she suggested that the new product is Good.. And she made me do it .. I must say i have given ma hair 2 an untrained profession .. Once the straighten was done ma hair looked the same wit d curls Of ma grown hair and Even Its has changed ma hair texture .. And the product Did tak Its turn..
        Now Its Just been 4 days after straightening and ma hair has started to fall in bunches...

        Green trends doesnt provide good service nowdays .

          Green trends the name shows and attracts customers but the service they provide is pathetic and the staff working in the front reception and manager are of no use,waste,no proper customer service,no problem solving techqniues they are just rogues sitting and fooling customer and charging money they are just a piece of .


          This incident which has taken place is at Marredpally(GREEN TRENDS) which is located in Secunderabad. I have taken there service and staff took me inside had my hair spa done and next was my facial here he told me is coming in 2 min it has been 25 min he never showed up and later he comes and tells sorry sir i was out of so and so stuff bought it from shop, fine agreed again after the facial pack is done again he left saying will be back in 5 min again 25min over i really busted out went out payed my bill and left in a rush.Later i realized they were supposed to give me a coupon when i called and told them the whole story and about the coupon the receptionist heard the whole conversation his name is Abhishek he told me will give me a call in 5 min no call 1 hour over when i was calling back he is not lifting the call that really pissed me off.

          Next day i went to the office spoke to Abhishek the receptionist why you did not call me back is this the service what u guys provide and after the conversation he spoke to his manager who was coming inside the salon after the receptionist talking to him about the coupon he left immediately and the receptionist comes and tell me the offer is over we can give you only 5% discount the way he spoke was rude too no proper manners no proper manager all working in MARREDPALLY GREEN TRENDS. I never suggest anyone going there and using there services.

          ldready raised a complaint ... alex gave a call that the amount will be given back by thursday... which did not return back .. no follow up taken on the case ... did not pick my call.. gave only a reply to the message that " for sure it will happen on monday which is today ..[protected] " no reply till now ...amount not given still





          Hello, please who ever reads this message pass the information to ur chairperson Mr.CK RANGANATHAN...

          The service given at green trends at chennai is getting very worse day by day. The service provided by few untrained staffs working ther s spoiling the whole brand name...
          Request you to take action regarding the same.. this s janani ... residing at t nagar... who had an horrible experience at green trends...
          Had an hair straightening the first time at green trends.. ashok nagar branch... the experience was bad.. and also it was not a complete straightening... then after 5 months has root touch up there only and also told the person whi did strghtng to make it complete straight which they missed out d previous time... they made it... but .. they told me to wash after 3 days only... told i would not be in a position to come after 3 days to salon dor first wash... but rhe person for that said the first wast has to be done only at salon hence he called me the second day itself for the wash... next two days my hair was completely dry and i directly went there for complaint... the lady whi was ther as head was very rude and arrogant was not at all giving a soace for me to speak and was questioning me like do you knw what is straightening??? Without knowing are yoy doing?? And etc qs in a very worst manner...ehich has to be taught by u ppl to us and cm cannot read and gothrough about straightening before coming...
          And at last she found that the hair was burnt... and face to dace said nothing can be done and she said to cut my hair only which i was not willing to do...
          Then i came out of the place...

          By june1 my dad went there for hair cut ... they some how brainwashed my dads maind and sold a complete package of facial.. haircut.. colouring... for 19650...
          After the first facial my dad had some allergy ... he ni more wanted to continue... and rhe ppl there should first test w3ith skin for facial ... without doing that the have daringly sold for 5 facials and so n so packages by cheating him said 20% off...
          I gave a call today and said to reduce the offer price n give back the money since v r not willing to continue taking it...if they have sold this after 1 st facial i would have left this issue... but the sold before doind the facial and giving a test sold for 5 facials.. and got the complete amt...

          Request u to revert back the amount to us... hope u undrstnd how frustratd i would b now...
          The lady name who i mentioned above is padmavathy i hope... take action towads this and give back the funds...
          Do reply for given query.. want amount back ... enough of cheating customers likr this .. otherwise will make this a big issue

            when i tried to use my visa card, it didn't swipe. the cashier swiped it 2 times. as the printed receipt didnot emanate, i paid the amt using another card. On 06.12.2009, I Contacted one Mr.Ranjith of ICICI bank 24 hrs online. when complained about not able to swipe the card, he said the card got swiped when it was done for the second time. I 've paid the amount twice. kindly do the needful.
