Worst service

The bus no KA 51, AJ 3029 driver number [protected] has made to follow the bus for 5km distance although we reached the pick up point on time. He simple said reason traffic problem .The behaviour of driver is rude and unacceptable.This is the worst experience I felt hitherto. I will not prefer green line service in future......

Inappropriate service

No solution to the problem
1. AC not working
2. No water bottles provided
3. Rude and ignorant service from the staff

Need an immediate solution or a complete refund for the fare paid.

Abusive language by Conductor

The way the conductor used the language was bad with a female person. I do not think this is a way to talk to customer with and that to with a very high tone showing this masculine and coming in front was a very vad gesture and I do not accept this from greenline travels., As I am a regular traveller. Please do not keep such conductor if they do not have manner to talk to customers. I am goona repost this issue on Twitter and social media...

Theft of passenger's belongings

Travelling from madikeri to bangalore, greenline slpeer coach bus boarded around 11pm while d bus ad pretty gud amenities. The cleaner in the bus ended up being a theif. Who robbed my phone which was kept in our berth. On extensive searching we couldnt find the phone. We doubted the cleaner wid his ways as the phone wouldnt go any where, either it should have fallen down or he would have picked it as no other passenger would end up doing...

I am Wing Commander Kundu and i travelled with my Family on 31 Mar 2011 seat no A2, 1 and 2 for Tirupati darshan. I was shocked at how the tour was conducted. The room at hotel Padmavati was awful stinking of cigarette butts in the bathroom, torn bed sheets and pillow cover, unclean room with used nappy pads, no water in wash basin, no mirror...
