It has been 2.5 years since we vacated and we are yet to get security deposit back around 40000

I was a tenant at Grexter Inaaya from april 2018- march 2021. I had given a deposit of 28000 rupees, but till now they have not refunded it, 2 years after leaving the premises.

I was asked to vacate the room without even a single day notice and then I was not being paid my security deposit amount back. I had to go back to take my luggage back by flight on the spot and that costed me huge amount. After having so many discussion and calls with the coliving company that they agreed to pay around 50% of security deposit amount that too after 4 months and now they are denying the same. They are just fooling tenants in one or other way, now with the new strategy they tell me that you will get coupons instead of money so that you can avail at any of their properties when we go back there and I don't want any coupons.

I was a resident in grexter - furnomer curie, hsr layout, bangalore. I moved out during the pandemic, i vacated my pg room on july 3rd. I keep contacting the concerned owner and the grexter support to refund my deposit back. At the beginning they had taken a deposit of 10, 000. I have raised this issue several times and all i get to hear is that due to pandemic we are short staffed, we will refund soon. It's been almost 2 months and they haven't refunded a single penny. And if we failed to pay the rent, they would only give us a time of 5 days. What kind of service is this? Pathetic pg. They have no ethics, this is totally unacceptable.
