Redeem amount not credit in my account

I redeem my money on 13th December but it's not credited yet and they are saying your account number is mismatch . For saying these reason they are taking 13 days and now not sending the further procedure update .

Amount deducted for US stocks not reflecting
I swati jain having a Demat Account No. [protected] with Groww Company. I made the payment of 1300 USD on 8th November 2021 for US stocks from my groww Account but till date its not reflecting in my Groww Wallet and Amount is also deducted from my bank on the same date. I have also shared the swift copy with the groww team but haven’t got any solution.

Dear Groww,
I am writing this mail in reference to the amount deducted because of groww's fault and no response from your side.
My SIPs were scheduled for the month of November for 1st november 2021, but it is really inconvenient when groww has tried deducting the amount on 28-29th oct 2021 i.e. two to three days prior to the date when the SIP was actually scheduled.
It has never happened before for the previous couple of months and this is the first time I am seeing that SIPs are called to the back through the ACH mandate before a couple of days from the actual date. There is no information mentioned in the groww platform or my profile that this is the procedure and the groww customer helpline is also doing no help to that.
Since I am a salaried employee I don't expect the SIPs to be deducted on the same month i.e. on 1st october (for the month of october) and on 28th-29th october (for the month of november). This has led to bounce of SIP because of groww's fault and has led to deduction of INR 7080/- (i.e. 24 sip * 295 bounce charges) by the back from my account
While contacting the bank, they already informed me twice through written communication that groww sip is scheduled on 1st of every month but still groww has tried deducting the SIP three days prior to actual date which is completely wrong. Therefore, the bank has asked to me to claim the same refund from the service provider i.e. groww in this case. Moreover, groww customer care has also confirmed that the SIPs were scheduled on 1st of november and it is therefore not the correct practice to deduct the amount prior to that date.
Since, you have known the whole issue and also know that no fault is on my side, rather it's the fault of the groww to try deducting the amount before SIP date for this month. Since such issues have never happened in the past, groww is requested to kindly understand the loss I have faced and refund back the same amount of INR 7080/- to my account which is mentioned in my groww profile dashboard already.
I am attaching all the relevant proofs and documents for your kind reference and hope that the issue shall be resolved and refund of the amount shall be done from your side at the earliest or else, I have to take relevant actions for the same.

Amount redeemed but not credited since 3 months
It's been 3 months and gRoww support team is not crediting the redeemed amount for Mutual fund in my account. I have couriered the required documents and they are still not redeeming.

Hello Henna, is this issue sorted for you, I am afraid to read your comment since I too got some mutual funds using the GROWW platform, ifv this is the situation I need to exit from this platform before I incur any losses.

Demat account not closed and no response from customer care
Customer care is not responding or providing any solution to close demat account. A have sent a written request with acc closure form and sent it as a courier to provided address still demat acc not closed and customer care no response.

Refund of blocked amount
I was planned to buy nazara technology IPO 1 Lott. Amount was blocked and it was cleared from googlepay also. Now I didn't get IPO
and also amount is not yet refinded
Seperately I have emailed HDFC and as well as Groww. HDFC requeated more details howver groww replied as "with reference to your below mail, we wish to inform you that the amount for IPO application is blocked in your bank account and not debited and the same gets released within 7 working days from the date of listing in case of non-allotment.In case the amount is not released by the bank within 7 days, you may connect to your banking team and inform them of the non-allotment status post which the lien would be released.Alternatively, you may raise the issue to ipo.[protected]@npci.org.in from your registered email id along with the UPI transaction number for assistance.

Attempted to deduct amount 5 days earlier than scheduled auto debit date

I have scheduled auto debit for my SIPs in Groww for 5th of every month. But they have tried deducting the amount on 30/3/2021 without any prior intimation. Since there was not enough amount my ICICI bank account they have charged Rs 590 (5 times for 5 SIPs) which totals to Rs. 2950/-. When I contacted bank they asked me to check with Groww. And when I contact Groww they asked me to check with bank. No one provides any solution.

Helpline number unattended
[protected] is the number assigned for customer support, but no one picks up phone here and instead and IVR tells the customer to get back to their Help and Support section of Groww app or website.

deactivated my account with active mutual funds ticket : 1097168
I had raised query that feasibility of deactivatinggroww account. It was just a query and the support team had deactivated my active accounts along with mutual funds. This ridiculous.
No one contacted me even before deactivating, and either groww should activate my account back or my mutual funds needs to be refunded.

I have invested my money on a mutual fund app and when i redeemed my amount i haven't received that back. Its been 3 months now and i am still mailing them and getting unhelpful responses from there side. I am totally frustrated now, i have some email conversations and a screenshot of the cheque which they courier to my address and then cancelled and returned it back, please have a look and do the needful i am not able to write everything on this.
