Fake promises and fake company, no service

I taken the membership after paying Rs.20000/-. I was issued with a membership card also. However, till now no service is provided and not responding for calls . A fake company.

Hi,
Iam singaravelu i have made payment of rs.20, 000/- for life time membership, after payment no response from them.
He started this company in the year 2016 he called through his fake lan line number and describe about the holiday package offer
If customer accept the packages they have to pay money through online and after payment you wont get any response from the number
The guy named f. Govindan running this company and he residing in following address.
28a, palaverkadu street,
Kavarapettai,
Pin-601206.

Dear Aravind,
First of all your real name is F.Govindan accept that you dont have proper office in chennai
please be alert about this guy before go for subscription call to those tieup hotels [ http://www.grtcrystalholidays.co.in/tieups.php ] and just ask about GRT crystal holidays, they even dont know about this, but F.Govindan says we have lot of tieup hotels in india
This company dont even have 1 hotel which they tieup, somebody can bring notice to the this to that listed hotel and police, will get a solution for this

Your office numbers are unanswered ..be ready for the legal action. Don't say that you & your company are genuine, if you guys are really running a Company send your person to my house and give the explanation for the above said problem. my contact number is [protected] everyday I am calling & SMS ing to your number as well as Rajkumar''s number nobody has responsibility to answer my call for support. For making money there are other business too..you may try..but you can't escape with my money for very long time..you made a mistake..will see. This person has cheated and collected Rs.20000 and never picked the call and our money is lost completely.

I have made payment of rs.20, 000/- for membership with this holiday (Grt crystal). I have been committed with few compliments which they haven't provided yet past 6 months. Fake land line nos and most of the time they don't respond when you make calls to mobile numbers. This entity is no where have tie-up or relationship with grt groups which as well they had committed. They don't even have offices and the address details given in the website...
