I HAD TAKEN A LOAN OF Rs.315000 FROM GRUH FINANCE LTD. NAGAUR BRANCH, NOW I WANT TO REPAY AN AMOUNT OF 50000 AGAINST MY LOAN. I HAD CONTACTED TO REGD OFFICE OF THE COMPANY AT AHMEDABAD. THEY TOLD THAT THE PREPAYMENT CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED @ 3% ON THE PREPAYMENT AMOUNT AND THESE CHARGES CAN BE WAIVED IF THE BORROWER WILL PROVE THE AMOUNT PAYABLE IS HIS OWN.

Non Refund of FD
I am deposited FD of approximately Rs.35000/- in Samrath Sahakari Patpedhi Ltd, Dhule (regi. No. DLE(DLE)/RSR//CR/327 dt.14/06/1990. FD maturity date was before one year back. But Patpedhi could not give refund of My FD. I continuously Follow up with patpedhi officers, DDR, Collector, Officers of co operartive department but till date i am not received my money/FD.
