I surrendered my club mahindra membership in exchange of their membership.
They told me that they will not charge me any annual maintenance and will only charge when we use the properties.
Secondly they said that they have a lot of tie-ups and they shall be able to give us accommodations at a short notice and at a very reasonable price. Every time i inquired they came up with some stupid looking property and at exhorbittant...

Once I got a call to attend a small session for a Vacation Club named : GSOWN Vacations. On phone, they had promised to provide a voucher for a 1N/2D stay at a khandala property of theirs, and a meal voucher in Quality Inn restaurant. This was irrespective of the fact whether I am interested in their membership or not. (I had specifically clarified this clause on call)
