My home pipe line and meter install done but currently gadline not able join in main gasline due to still my gas line is not working. too much delay in connection

I am yash shah. I have enrolled for new gas connection. My application number is 80148368 with payment receipt number aa/2017/111733 on dated 29/06/2018. It is almost 5 months completed for my application. According to terms of the company, they have to respond within 90 days limit. But still there is no respond from gspc. I repeatedly visited their office but still no response from their side.

Cust no:[protected]. Last year on 11/04/2017 your people completed plumbing of line. Also completed side boring but now nobody come to join the connection. Even i have visited lots of time reguarding it they raised complaint request no [protected] on 13/06/2017 but no solution i got.. Every time they told me that last contract was finished so new contract giving to the company which completed your work when they have proper manpower..
My original plumbing work done in 2010 at same period they completed side boring. But during 2011 to 2015 we were not at this address so we stop the work but when we retuned in 2015 first we do to contact ane told them to we were now cane and please finished your work..

lower cng gas meter show wrong

I have cng car in which i alway fil gas at gspc gas station at greenland chords rajkot. But for last 8 months i am not getting full cng gas the miter show full but i am getting low cng gas one time i am getting 11 kg cng but in my car there is only 10kg capacity. So kindly chek the pump and do some for this. They are tempring the meter so customer get low cng they get more money

On the day 12/1/2018 i visited fedra gspc gas pump. And i want to fill gas in my car. Date of instalion in my car is 29/10/2015. Cng cylinder no 12313. My car no gj 04 ap 2890. Everything ok in my car and my gas kit but they refused to full gas in my car. They did not fulfil gas in my car. And other interesting part is one man come who does not have car plate, does not have info about car kit and also he was relatives of pump owner so they full gas kit of that mens car. Also there was no cctv camera and primary facility. And please sir i requist to take action against that pump.

I have asked him about bil the worker said me that their is no bill as also he misbehaved with us.

Reconnection not done

I have applied for reconnection of gas line in the month of April but till date there is no action been taken for the same. I am paying bills also without using the utility. I was told by GSPC officer that the bill payment which I am making will get adjusted with actual bill which shall come after proper connection.. but no response despite of many visits to their office..
No outcome.please help..

Too Late for Installation and starting of new connection

Hello,
My name is Shahidhussain Shaikh and today, I want to complain against GSPC Gas.
I have registered at GSPC gas for PNG domestic connection, with my father's name SHAIKH SAUKATHUSSAIN MOHAMMADHUSSAIN at the address : Malarpura, Opp. Kothari Society, Nr. Kharakuwa, Nadiad, Dist. Kheda, State : Gujarat, India, on Dt.06/02/2015 and my application number is 21158004. I have paid Rs.1100/- with receipt number RC/2012/120616, DD number 018948 for PNG domestic Registration Charge and Rs.1405/- with receipt number AA/2012/019576, DD number 018949 for extra Kitchen Point on the same date 06/02/2015.
At the time of registration they told me that they would provide me the connection with supply of gas in one month, but after the registration and paid the amount which is required for registration and extra point charges at the time of registration, I didn't get any response and process from their side. I waited for the process for three month, but no process from their side. So, I had to go to their office which is located opp. Sardar Bhavan, Nadiad, Dist. Kheda, Gujarat for asking the reason behind the delay for providing the connection. Then, they told me that they were providing the new connection in three month with supply of gas. I asked them that it was already three month passed though why I couldn't get any further process. Then, they told me to call on their complaint number [protected]. I called on that number and ask for my above problem. They told me that they would process in one month. I called on that number three time and every time I heard the same reply. After 4 month and 15 days, their install pipe line at my home. They didn't install gas meter. I asked them at that time how long it would take to start my connection and for installation of gas meter. They replied it would take two or three days. But till today, there isn't any further process has been done by them. I called on above given customer care number and every time I got no satisfied answer from their side. If we will not pay the bill in the given time period, they are collecting fine for delay of payment of bill. Then, what should be the fine for the delay of their work? Only our side have to suffer and there isn't any action against the responsible person. Though, I paid amount, I have to pay double amount Rs.1200 to 1400 for gas bottle every month. Who will pay my this over charges which I am paying only for their mismanagement? Who are responsible for this? Are they working only for giving trouble and harassment to the customer?
I am requesting to take some action against responsible person for our un-expected trouble.

Manipulative fillers at Gas Station

I had been to GSPC Gas Station at Sector-24, Ganshinagar. I got gas for INR305 filled in my car and gave INR 500 to the filler. He asked for change of INR 5. I had a few coins in my car and headed to get one. After giving the coin to the filler I was honked by the car behind and left in a hurry. The filler didn't gave me the remaining INR200. I have been trying to get the contact details for that gas station all over the internet but they are unavailable. I also tried the helpline number but they pickup the receiver and place it aside.
I am going to try to get in touch with the filler when I return home this evening and am uncertain with such occurrences of missing contact details and non-responsive helpline number will i get my remaining amount back.
I am pretty sure the amount was not refunded as I had only 500INR bills with me & I don't have any 100 INR bills with me right now.

UNJUSTIFIED ADHOC INTEREST/PENALTY CHARGES IN BILLS

We are receiving Bills from GSPC GAS for Domestic Natural Gas consumption. But since last two bills they are unduly adding Rs. 75 per bill for some adhoc interest/penalty charges.
We had reported complaint at their office at the time of paying last bill and at that time they had assured to give credit for erroneous Rs. 75 charged in that last bill in the next bill. But instead of giving credit, contrary they again added another Rs. 75 in the next bill.
This is purely an act of fraudulently imposing o[censored]njustifiable charges which would never be acceptable. So I kindly request you to take suitable actions against the company and provide us those refund of Rs. 150 (75+75) and compensation for hardships and mental agony suffered by us.
We had reported complaint at their office at the time of paying last bill and at that time they had assured to give credit for erroneous Rs. 75 charged in that last bill in the next bill. But instead of giving credit, contrary they again added another Rs. 75 in the next bill.

IRREGULARITIES FROM THE CONTRACTOR

I got a new gas line connection at my home here in Gujarat Valsad city from GSPC Gas.
As per the company requirement i had to change the gas stove (chulha) nozzle as it was auto ignition.
Earlier before changing the nozzle my stove was working properly. During changing the nozzle, the GSPC's contractor's person broke one of the part of the chulha. In fact he told me to pay Rs 90 for the same inspite of him breaking the part. As shown in the attached photo, the mechanic also took the bottun for repair. Now its already one and half month passed,but still no body has come yet to repair it. I know it is only matter of 100 Rs. But they should come fix it for me to give me the best service. After all i am the customer.

Dear Sir,We have not received bill for Gas use from GSPC gas. My address is sec 171/2 sector 3A. Gas connection is on name of Madhuben Ganpatbhai Prajapati. We have already complaint (no: 2039617) about this. but, no necessary steps are taken from GSPC side.

Thanking you for giving me new connection, but your field staff has consumed more gas pipe for giving me connection. Their behaving was very rough, they told that we have to agree with them otherwise we could not have the connection and they will leave the place without giving connection.
Please resolve the problem amicably and get us justice.

This is regarding billing discripancy found in my first bill of gspc gas , I have contact to local office for the same but their officers ignore the matter . i have visited three times for this query and requsted for register the complain for Re-Measurement of intallation but nobody is interested in register complain.after so many folloup they have registered complain and given complain No-2063 but still matter is un-resolved.
nobody come from local office for re-measurement . according to there engineers only 0ne and half meter extra pipe intalled during intallation but bill found that showing 10 meter extra pipe.my neighbour got bill accordingly but there is error in my bill . I am also not getting debit note with bill.
please look into the matter on priority.

This is regarding billing discripancy found in my bill payment of gspc gas, I have paid bill through HDFC credit Card, I did contact to Customer Care of HDFC bank they deducted my amount but GSPC has not considered this amount, I have contacted to GSPC gas Customer Care but they told me to contact after 5 days, I request to GSPC gas to Inform to HDFC bank and do reimburse my amount of Rs. 558.

Over Billing & Meter Fault

I have visited the 150ft Rind Road office more than 3 times and requested them to come and check the meter it is running fast and my consumption o[censored]nits are not more than 3 units per week ( We are only 2 Adults & 2 Childrens)
and it is consumping 3 Units per day.
I made a written complain and aslo verbal complin many times but there is no response from there.
Please help to sort this out because outstanding of my bill is increasing everyday.

I am a resident of Ahmedabad. I subscibe to Priya Gas Agency which is a dealer of Bharat Gas.
On 31/12/2012 when my dealer delivered gas Bottel to me he charges me Rs. 886/- despite all explanation by us he mentioned that the policy and scheme is first 3 Gas cylenders are to be charges as Rs. 413/- and next 3 cylenders are to be charged at Rs. 886 and then 7th cylender would be charges on Rs. 413/-.
As we were in dire need we had no option left but to buy on what ever price. As per government regulations 6 Gas cylenders are to charged on Rs. 413/- but this is a monopoly of the Bharat gas and Priya gas Agency.
Kindly help us to spread this news and please suggest where to complain for this. As bharat Gas customer department don't listen to us.
