Rental payment not received and not vacating the premises
GTL infrastructure Ltd has signed an agreement with us on Jan 2017, with agreement starting April 2017 for a period of 9 years . After Jan 2018, they havent paid any rent. Also no one from the company turned out for maintenance work till now . Its very scary as tower may fall down due to cyclone or any natural disasters .We need to get the dues of rent till now and tower needs to be removed from the premises

Dear sir,
Greetings!
I’m ajeet singh s/o ajay singh residing at village. Dihari city sanda (Bihar), i would like to inform that 10 years back gtl company has built a telecom tower in my land (Sanda mela) which has been operated till 2011 thereafter operation was collapsed in the working infrastructure. Since then we are not getting monthly rent and so, also i’m unable to use this occupied place for other’s income.
Requesting you all to please look this matter on high priority to getting it operational or contact to some other sources to get this place engaged again, also jio telecom is approaching to setup the new tower sidewise, since there executive are approaching to local villagers.
Your non response to this issue resolution would leave me no options but approaching to consumer court or file a legal against gtl.

mobile tower noise and radiation
Sir, i'm here to complaint about the cell phone tower which is in residental area and close by my building which is causing a lot of noise and radiation which is hazardious and very close to residental buildings nearby when contacted the owner they say do whatever you can we' cannot help you. Not receiving mobile tower rent

GTL Infra had taken land on lease for install mobile tower. Tower was installed and Initially i had received rent on time. Now I am not receiving rent from August 2011.
I called so many times to company but no response. Please suggest what to do?

With Reference to the above, We had given a land for rent to GTL, From December 2017 to till date the Payment has not been done from GTL Infrastructure, We Didn't Received any Payment of Rent for the land. The Agreement Time also completed. We had requested to Settle the Payment and Remove the Tower and take back the tower immediately without fail.
Already we sent Several Mails regarding Tower Removing and Payment Pending to GTL Infrastructure. But no Response from their Side. So Please we are requesting you to do the Pending Payment and Kindly Remove your Tower and Take Back.

jharkhand.It is to state that i haven't received my rental amount since January month of 2018.The company's local executive told me due to the shutting down of the company's one of the client Aircel the rental amount has been on hold.It is to state that even during the last visit of the company's local executive Mr.Ravi mehta i have signed on to the agreement paper where i confirmed to even reduce my plot rental amount by Rs 2000 in order to support the company which the company requested to do so.
It is to hereby notify that i have given my plot to your's mobile tower company on a monthly rental basis and if any of it's clients shuts down i have nothing to do with it and my rental amount shouldn't be hampered on the basis of that.I have done a mail on this regard earlier on as well but there's wasn't any response from the companies end.
As I'm still not receiving my rental amount therefore, It is to notify the company to pay my due rental amount since January month of 2018 as soon as possible and if the company is not in a position to pay the rental amount then I sincerely urged the company to remove it's mobile tower from my plot which now being illegally installed at my property without paying me the agreed sum of rental amount.In the terms of the failure of this i won't be having any option left now apart from adopting legal procedures to acquire my due rental amount and the
removal of the mobile tower from my plot.
