Regarding non-payment of mobile tower rent and removal of mobile tower after expiry of license agreement I.e. 24.11.2021.

Sir,
I have entered into a agreement with GTL Infrastructure Ltd. Company for Mobile Tower on rental basis at Patna and for which agreement has been made on dated 25.11.2009 (my company client Ref. No. is Bihar/BHPAT-126) with an agreement of leasing period for 12 years which was expired on 24.11.2021. But regretly the company has stopped paying the rent since the period from December 2017.
The License Agreement time also completed and expired on 24.11.2021. We had requested to settle the payment and remove the tower immediately. Already we sent several e-mails and notices regarding tower removing and payment pending to GTL Infrastructure, but no any response received from the GTL. In the terms of the failure of this I won't be having any option left now apart from adopting legal procedures to acquire my due rental amount and the removal of the mobile tower from my building.
Can someone let me know, how resolve for this problem, Please guide me accordingly. Sir, I have provided a floor of my building situated at no 87, St johns church road, frazert town post, bangalore 560005 in bangalore, karnataka to GTL infrastructure Ltd. for putting up mobile tower and for which rental agreement was made on dated 2009. The company has stopped paying me the rent from period April-2017 . There is no response from the company. please guide me. Hi I am from Kolkata owner of building on roof top of GTL built a mobile infrastructure, in 2009, our agreements tour from 2009 August and ended at 2019, (60 months agreement) August reminding GTL infrastructure time and time again they did not renew power rental licence agreement please advise what should be done. On top of this they have gift electricity bills Due. And also so a proximately 5 months tenancy is due.

(my company client ref. no. is UPW/GBT/G/08529 ). but regretly the company has stopped paying me the rent from period DECEMBER 2017 for non available payments.and the agreement finished on August 2019 .company authorise person not given answer. please guide me.
