Hi

My name is Patel krushnavadan pitambardas .i have two house roofs in my village for mobiles tower.
(1) is 500 square feet and hight 30 feet
(2)is 1000square feet and hight 15 feet

I have entered into an agreement with the GTL infrastructure limited and given my plot on a rental basis to the company at Jullupark, hazaribagh district of
jharkhand.It is to state that i haven't received my rental amount since January month of 2018.The company's local executive told me due to the shutting down of the company's one of the client Aircel the rental amount has been on hold.It is to state that even during the last visit of the company's local executive Mr.Ravi mehta i have signed on to the agreement paper where i confirmed to even reduce my plot rental amount by Rs 2000 in order to support the company which the company requested to do so.
It is to hereby notify that i have given my plot to your's mobile tower company on a monthly rental basis and if any of it's clients shuts down i have nothing to do with it and my rental amount shouldn't be hampered on the basis of that.I have done a mail on this regard earlier on as well but there's wasn't any response from the companies end.

As I'm still not receiving my rental amount therefore, It is to notify the company to pay my due rental amount since January month of 2018 as soon as possible and if the company is not in a position to pay the rental amount then I sincerely urged the company to remove it's mobile tower from my plot which now being illegally installed at my property without paying me the agreed sum of rental amount.In the terms of the failure of this i won't be having any option left now apart from adopting legal procedures to acquire my due rental amount and the
removal of the mobile tower from my plot.

With Reference to the above, We had given a land for rent to GTL, From December 2017 to till date the Payment has not been done from GTL Infrastructure, We Didn't Received any Payment of Rent for the land. The Agreement Time also completed. We had requested to Settle the Payment and Remove the Tower and take back the tower immediately without fail.
Already we sent Several Mails regarding Tower Removing and Payment Pending to GTL Infrastructure. But no Response from their Side. So Please we are requesting you to do the Pending Payment and Kindly Remove your Tower and Take Back.

File FIR against the chairman and managing director manoj gajanan tirodkar and against the company for illegal occupying your land without paying the rent

The GTL Infrastructure Ltd has installed a Mobile Tower on my plot since 22.06.2017 with an agreement of leasing period for 12 years which was expired on 21.06.2019. But, the company has discontinued payment of plot rent w.e.f Nov, 2017. The company neither renewing the agreement, nor making payment of rent nor shifting the tower elsewhere. I have lodged an FIR against the company in the police station. Dear friends never take any interest to give your property to GTL Company on rent, it is a fraud company.
Kindly guide me for justice

we are also facing the same problem

Good evening friends, I have been suffering the same problem since Nov, 2017. I have not received any rent from the company since Nov, 2017. Police is not interested to lodge FIR, How can we overcome the problem ? Let's fight unitedly and move to Enforcement Directorate.

This is very sad, even i am also suffering with same problem, from last 4 years not even single penny paid by them and not responding in our call.

As per agreement i can see one clause which is our favor.

Can someone let me know, how proceed for this legal dispute against them.

""The Licensee and the licensor hereby agree that in case of non receipt of the monthly consideration for a consecutive period of six months the said agreement will come to an end and the licensee shall remove all its equipment from the demised premises unconditionally only after clearing the dues under this transaction. An interest of 8 % shall be applicable to the said monthly consideration while clearing upt the dues and the said dues will be paid till infrastructure material is on site by licensee to licensor and the licensee shall vacate the premises.""
