I booked a hotel in mandarmoni through agoda which is actually booked by there sister concern guesthouser.

I booked it for two days... They took the total booking amount in advance but didn't send any confirmation mail of my booking and didn't send any contact details of the hotel... I called the customer fair several times but they only said we are looking into it and will inform you shortly. But since our booking...

I booked a room through booking.com and landed to guesthouser, whom i paid a good amount for a hotel in kodaikanal. They called me and said the hotel is over booked and want to shift to another hotel. They did not provide the hotel name before confirming. I did not accept the shifting as the hotel was sub standard than what i paid. They cancelled my booking but they did not refund my amount. They are trap, fraud, and this there business....

I am a small 20 room hotel owner in Kargil Ladakh by the name of Hotel Greenland.

A company by the name of "guesthouser.com" has stolen my property pictures and listed two separate properties by the name of 1 BR Guesthouse in the same locality as my hotel is and is using my property pictures for the same.

The listing has been done on an international hotel booking portal by the name...

I made booking with guesthouser.com in nov'2018 and as requested by them i made 10% payment of amount rs. 6663. Then i contacted host and he confirmed that rates which were quoted by guesthouser.com is incorrect.
So i have contacted the guesthouser. They told me to cancel booking in dec'18.

Still i have not received my refund back. I am chasing them from past 2 month....

I went to Alleppey in march 2016 (25th-26th). And i repent my move to book houseboat through this website. I had a pathetic experience due to their service.

Our Booking got cancelled. I didn't get any information about that until I called to the houseboat person on the same day morning around 8 am. Somehow I managed the situation. After that time, may be at 10:30 am i was able to connect...
