Gujarat Co-Op Housing Society Act Complaints & Reviews

I am a member of the Pritam nagar co-op. housing society vadodara. situated at nisarg complex opp. new court building, Diwalipura, vadodara 390007. i have a flat in this society. from last so many bills they are charging me interest charges very high up to 60% per year. this seems to be very high. society by-laws does not permit such high rate of interest. I here by request you to please let me know what is rate of interest society can charge to member. can they charge interest on interest.

Daer Sir, I stay in a co-operative society. Want to know my rights as a member of society as the chairman and secretary makes difficult rules which have no relevance and creat lot of discomfort. Recently they have made a rule regarding use of entrance gate as well which is very vague. also they use security to get them implemented. securtiy guys are merely the puppets in there hands and behave in a very rude manner.
