Gujarat housing board deduct a 15000 rs from my account and now they say adhar card is not matched and my wife name is registered how can is possible ?

if you can't give a house which we get in a draw @ keshod, behind dumping side, nr. Petrol pump -362220 so give a refund of rs 15000 which we paid.

Yaha pe 80 person bhaade pe rahne vaale log hai. Yaha kiraaye pe rahne vaale log sabko daraate hai. Or yaha sab unse darte hai isliye koi bhi unke saamne bolne ki himat nahi karta. Ekbaar to police case bhi huaa lekin fir bhi kiraayedaar yaha se gaye nahi hai. Wah log ka badaa group hai isliye wah log sabko marne ki dhamki dete hai. Pulice bhi kuch nahi karti. Wahi log yaha dalaal bhi karte hai . Yaha rahna Gerkanooni hai fir bhi wah rahte hai. Gate bahar unki dukaan hai wah log wahaan apne logo ko ja ma karke wahaan meeting bhi karte hai. Meri aapse request hai ki aap unke khilaaf inquiry karke ese bure logo ko pm aavas yojna flat se hataaye. Me apni pahchaan nahi bataungi kyu ki batanee se mere parivaar ko nuksaan ho sakta hai

Himalaya apartment vandemataram railway crossing gota, pm aavas yojna kiraayedaar khilaaf complaint hamari society ek pradhanmantri aavas yojna hai. Yaha kiraaye pe rahne wale 80% log hai. Kiraaye pe rahne wale log komvaad bhi karte hai. Yaha kuch log dalaal bhi karte hai. Koi bhi inke khilaaf aavaj uthaane ki kosis karta hai to wah log apne logo ko jamaa karke unko marte hai. Isliye koi bhi unke saamne baat nahi karta. Police complain bhi huaa lekin fir bhi kuch nahi huaa. Pm yojna flat bhade pe deke paisa kamana yah kaydaa ke khilaaf hai. Isliye aapko inke khilaaf action lena hoga. Varna aise bure logo ka prabhaav badh jaayega. In logo ko bahut jyaada basti ho gayi hai ki akela insaan unke saamne kuch nahi kar sakta. Aap yaha pe inquiry bhejo to yah log yaha se jaa sakte hai. Muje intjaar rahega ki aap meri complaint ko nyaay denge.

We have submitted form in Feb 2021 for Gujarat housing board scheme of Gota MIG1 with 1 Lac payment by DD.
But till date not computerise draw.
Request for support....

Had filled form of ahgom1 gota MIG scheme with 1, 00, 000 rs draft with application in feb-2021 month, till now it's 6 month above time gone but they are not doing any draw with in stipulated time they previously said that within three months draw would be done but till now no any update and now they are saying that extra three months will be go for draw.

They are just using public money as much as they can use

તે થી દસ્તવેજસુધારા ની અરજી તારીખ 13/04/2022 ના રોજ ગુજરાત હાઉસિંગ બોર્ડ, એસ્ટેટ મેનેજર કલ્પત્રુ ગેસ્ટ હાઉસ પાસે, ઇલોરા પાર્ક, 390023 - વડોદરા ની ઓફિસ મા જમા કરાવેલ. પરંતુ આજ દિન સુધી ગુજરાત હાઉસિંગ બોર્ડ તરફ્થી અમોને દસ્તાવેજ સુધારા મેટ કોઈ ફોન આવલે નથી, આરજી કારેલ 50 દિવાસ થાઈ ગયેલ છે. આ પચાસ દિવાસની અંદર આમે ગુજરાત હાઉસિંગ બોર્ડ ની ઓફિસ મા 8 થી 10 ધકા ખાધેલ, પરંતુ ઓફિસ તરફથી કોઈ સંતોસ પૂર્વક જવાબ મેડલ નથી. તમને ઓફિસ માં ધક્કા ખાવાની જારૂર નથી, અમે તમને ફોન કરીને જાનવીસુ તેમ કહી ને ત્યાથી મોકલી દે છે. આપ સાહેબને શ્રી વિનંતિ છે કે તમે અમારા દાસ્તાવેજ ની આરજી ક્યા અટકેલ છે તે ચેક કરી જરુરી પાગલા લેશો તેવી આશા છે.

My name is Ajith, I am staying at below mentioned address, this building is 45 year order and the condition of this building is very bad, There is no plaster in most of the part of the building and the ceiling were broken and also there is lot of cracks in the building. I have submitted application, but Gujarat Housing Board Not Updated me status, Whether they recieved 1 lacs or not, Even after long time not doing draw. My 1 lacs is stuck.

I have got one house from GHB. In this house near entrance 2 tiles are being heated like tawa.i am scared if any mishap would be happened please do the needful ful for it

I have paid 60000 RS towards Gujarat housing board before two years. Till date no any single message from GHB. I heard about this scheme slot completed but my rupees not transferred in my account.

I would like to complain regarding allotment of ghb flats.

Swami vivekanand hights - 2 allotted house number a - 103 to mr. Piyush dave who lives in ahmedabad. And sardar patel nagar ahmedabad has allotted hig to mr. Divrang pandya who lives in norway. Why government provides houses to wealthy who doesn't need it and invest for tax saving. And poor who lives on rental flats are not getting it.

Please do the needful.

I applied gota scheme and pay 60, 000 at May, 2018, at that draw pending. why? i call in gujarat housing board 8-10 time. he said when draw you will receive message i wait message last 2 year.

I had applied for housing hig, bhagadavada, valsad under mukhyamantri grah yogana when i was at ahmedabad. My application no is oa[protected] applied online on 30.11.2013 and draw for the same was conducted on 14.02.2014. It was learnt that my application was selected in the draw and message was also sent on my old official mobile no [protected] and papers to my earlier leased accommodation at a-22, nebula towers, bodekdev which was not passed on to me at all as i was transferred. I shifted by residence three after that.
I have not received rs 40000/- which i paid at the time of applying as i understand that the flat allotted to me would have been reallocated to someone else as time has elapsed. I had contacted ahmedabad office but i was told to contact surat office but iam able to contact them either the mobile is switched off or landline no is not being picked up. Please resolve the complaint.

Also, ghb housing loan has already been paid up in half.

As per our current situation of family, we need accommodation on very urgent basis.

We are staying in gujarat housing board at rander road. There is a huge nuisence of stray dogs, a large number of dogs barking and fighting in late night and early morning, they suddenly came to front of your vehicle, generally people lost their balance and fell down n injured. Apart from that due to large number they are not getting proper food and suffering from skin diseases, its very difficult for us to walking and running in morning because they started to chase you. Also damaging seat of vehicle by cutting through teeth

Pls do needfull.

Respected sir we booked flat e 306 in samta housing skim phase 3 on 8 march 2017 and make complete payment of mig 1 flat still last 6 month and flat ready from month of august 2018 still possession not given and we have to pay bank installment and monthly rent more than 8000 rs. So our government subsidy totally west i have to pay 21000 rs. Both (Rent + bank installment) now you think how middle class family person effort these short of expenses we trust a government that they allocate our home in effortable price but gujarat housing board and government play emotions with coman men life my request to give possession as early as possible.

I have applied for lig 2 gota scheme in jan 2018 and paid rs 20, 000 at the time of application. Lucky draw announced in the month of march 2018 and my name was not in list.
It has been passed 8 months but my refund is still not given. I tried to contact through numbers given in website but estate manager is not responding and also have submitted refund request form along with all the document but i am not getting any response from housing board.

I am seeking for help regarding my refund. I don't know where to make complain now and what to do now.

I am interested to apply for new scheme available for Gujarat Housing Board. For which i have visited http://gujarathousingboard.org what i found here is not a single link over the front page is working. I surprised even Vijay Rupani's and other politician's link are also not working.

Once in past when i have registered for portal, I got mail from portal email [protected]@gujarathousingboard.org with my Username and my password. While i am typing in that details in http://gujarathousingboard.org/application/login.aspx it's not working, i believe there is no facility to change password or Forgot password. Also when i found link for online application http://www.gujarathousingboard.org/App_KIPL/application.aspx it's throws technical error, which reviles sensitive information for hacker.

I have not received refund of Rs. 30, 000/- for application number OA[protected] dated :[protected]:02:15

The payment was made online for MIG-1 Transport Node, Naranpura-Ahmedabad.

As per the guidelines, if the applicant doesn't get selected in computer based draw system then the money would automatically get refunded in applicant's account.

I have not received any email also on confirmation of the same.

Also the official website doesn't contain any email ID or number for logging complaint of any nature.

The numbers mentioned on Gujarat Housing Board's official website are not picked up at any hour of the day, why are they mentioned if they are not bother to respond?

Gujarat Housing Board (GHB) has launched 13 housing schemes for lower-income group (LIG) and middle-income group (MIG) in 10 locations across the state. While it got a huge response in Ahmedabad, The lucky draw will hold a computerized draw for 2, 584 houses in the city on Sunday date - 15-6-14. I have check on online web site in which they display list of winner those who are selected in draw but in which their are huge list of people who fill form but I saw their are many name in one family member only with Application No are also in same range I thing their was MAJOR LOOPHOLE or SOME SETTING in the computerise draw system. I can't get entry pass due to shortage of pass so I am not present at the time of draw & same thing happen with other many people also. So can you please help us, Thanking you.
