Kiraayedaar ko pataa chalta he ki kis ne aapko application bheja to wah log gharme aake mara mari karte hai. Isliye society unke khilaaf aavaj nahi karta.

Himalaya apartment me kiraayedaar se hame pareshaani hai. Yaha pm aavas yojna flat log kiraaye pe dete hai isliye iski vajah se garibo ko taklif hoti hai. Mera aapse request hai ki yaha inquiry karke in kiraayedaar ko yaha se hataya jaaye kyu ki uski vajah se yaha pe dangaa bhi hota hai. Or society me nuksaan bhi hota hai.

We have disbursed loan to Mr. Kanubhai Shrimali PA290747 to purchase house from GHB Unit No EWS/0/494 Hathijan Ahmedabad. Now the same customer has made default in repayment of loan. As per MOU signed between GHB and Gruh Finance, GHB will refund if total amount immediately to Gruh Finance in such cases. We have send first request for refund to GHB on 07/06/19, till date we have personally visited office of GhB for more than 20 times and 7 reminder letters has been send but no response found from GHB.

We are now fed up to make request again and again for the same refund. We expect quick response of our request if refund.

We are staying at suramya appartment block no 12 and there has been leakage in sintex water tank since last three months and has been constantly damaging our home.

There are two tanks with overcapacity than permissible.
People here in flats are thinking their benefits and wants to bring solutions. And on our resistance we are being tortured.
As we are staying on top floor maximum problems are faced by us.

We need technical advise and expert from ghb who cab suggest us for resolution.

Pl treat this on utmost priority as damage has happen already and further delay can cause mishap like ekta appartment which happen few months back.

1. I was allotted lig ii, house no c-705, jahagirabad, surat, in 2014.

2. Required papers were submitted in time.

3 we had kept repeated reminders and follow up with estate mangers office in surat without any proper response.

4 visited mr. Amin sir personally on 20/04/2017. But after abut 3 years they stated that the allotment is cancelled, without sighting proper reasons. There fore we requested for written letter.

5. They have signed reasons that the it return is for[protected].

6 we have informed that the application and draw are in 2014. We submitted three returns for 2013-14, 2014-15.

7 we have also not taken back the application money.

8 i request the gujarat housing board to consider the application and allot the house to needy person like me and fullfill the nations goal.

दस्तावेज के लिए फाईल सारे पेपर "गुजरात हाउसिंग बोर्ड खटोदरा उधना सुरत के अधिकारी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया ।
अधिकारी सर बोले वेरीफिकेशन हो जाने के बाद दस्तावेज कर देगे, समय एक महीने लगेगा, एक महीने बाद आना।
एक महीने के बाद जाने के बाद यह वोले की फाइल खो गई है मिल जाने पर दस्तावेज कर देगे ।
सर आज चार साल हो गए और न तो फाइल मिली न दस्तावेज हुआ ।चक्कर लगाते लगाते हम परेशान हो रहे
सर आप से अनुरोध है कि इस मामले की जांच कर के मेरा दस्तावेज कराने की कृपा करे।

I have paid 30, 000 for Gota MIG and 20, 000 Lig-2 Scheme before 9 to 10 Month but i have not any confirmation that When will be draw made and not a single messages from Gujarat housing board to my Application Received or not so Please help me when will be Draw and my Application Received or not this is general issue there is many People having a pay for that scheme so Plese do needfuly ...

But becasue of my parents are Senior Citizens, please provide me the Flat at lower floor ( 2nd to 5th floor ). Nobody is taking my application in Vadodara GHB to change alloted Flat floor. Dear Sir,

We have complaint against ill legal construction inside your Gujarat housing board Anand Nagar quarters - rajkot. In this regards we had asked information through Right To Information and we received reply and G.H.B agreed that it is illegal since last 20 years.After that also they are not demolishing illegal construction due to this we along with other flate quarters holder are suffering lots of problem,pollution and mentally harassment. This man Mr. Mohanbhai Reside at (Anand Nagar, L-21/242, 24 LIG, OPP. Nilkanth Cinema - Rajkot) have given bribery to the relevant officer because of this they are not demolished the said construction. Mr. Mohanbhai has entered ill legally in Gujarat Housing Boards land and built upl 4 shop which he has given on rent since last 20 years and also using electricity and water illegally since last 20 years. My shop is very near to him so i am much suffered by him.

So, Its my humble request you sir to help us and make us free from this person's mentally and physical harassment. We are also ready to go through legally procedure we tried already all legal procedure but i don't know why Rajkot Municipal Commissioner, Collector, Rajkot Gujarat Housing Board Estate Manager none of them are no taking any single action against this man.

So, kindly inquire about this you are the last hope for us.
