3 days ago i tried to pay my gas bill on gujrat gas website.. I tried three times but all times bill payment has been failed... Afterwords my bank account was debited thtee times. I want my refund as early as possible

Sir i am your new customer and my name is mahendra prasad pandey .my customer no is 28199 and yesterday there was come two technician to implement pipeline and do it wrong place implement and today they are also come and i say to add some more pipe and shift one place to another place and he say give 1200rs for plumbing charge and they are go away.my work work is incomplete....
