It's been years now about this road, we all normal people are giving toll charges from so many years but still we are not getting lights on this toll road. Why are we not getting lights on this road ?? Why are tax paying people not getting basic necessities??

Cars without tag entering tag lanes
This toll gets super crowded during work hours. However the toll team do not take any initiative to ensure that cars without tag shouldn’t be allowed to enter the tag lanes which are designated. Due to which there is a chaos and despite of having a tag recharged in advance we have to wait in long cues.

Talking about sikh religion
In 6 months i have seen 2 incidents where toll collector during evening time makes jokes of sikh religion questioning of silly questions like “paaji cigarette pe le” and on 28th june 2023 during evening time one said “jo bole sonehaal “. This recent event happened on 28th june 2023 around 6:30pm evening when i am travelling from gurugram to faridabad. He was sitting at last box from the right. Please take actions. I and my family don’t feel safe here.

Harrasment By Nandu present at first floor
GOOD EVENING, I AM DAILY COMMUTER FROM FARIDABAD TO GURGAON VIA TOLL PLAZA(Gurgaon/faridabad) bandhwari.
Recently i have changed my car which used to have tag of your toll for monthly passage, i have been daily take 2 journey receipt from your toll. Today was same as all days i paid for my 2 way trip on your toll, during my return journey with my car DL12CQ6643. I have lost my receipt for journey so i asked the staff to please check the morning entry i have took receipt in the morning, they refused to check that and misbehaved with me. Then i paid 30rs again for that journey for not wasting time of people who were rushing towards thier home like me behind my car. Then i went to the first floor office of the toll plaza to register my complaint of mis behaviour, thier i met with Nandu(employee reliance) he misbehaved with me and start threatening me i was scared, he argued do what you can do, says i don't care about the system . You have paid now get lost otherwise i will make you.Please look into this if your staff behave like this with us it is not safe, i want immediate action and apology from Nandu in written . I hope you will find my grivenence concerning in this matter there are several cases of misbehavior on this toll plaza.

Broken road
The road is very badly broken at village bhakhri. It gets very risky during rains as there are very deep potholes. Bikers generally fall in these potholes, cars get stuck, it causes long jams.
Please do something very urgently.

Heavy jam on highway
There is no support from toll booth at all, provided toll assistance number is switched off.
For what good reason why this toll is collected. One person told us take you turn and go from some other way and i asked what about paid toll tax. We need strict action regarding this. Most of the time happened same thing but no action taken against this. Why always customer is in trouble? Time and money wastage totally

cows on road
Hi, i travel monday to friday between faridabad and gurgaon. Almost everyday, i see cows on road. What's worse is that people stop and feed them on the road, which further encourage cows to stay on road. This is becoming a big threat, as i recently came very close to what could have been a very dangerous road accident, when a cow suddenly ran on road. I request some fences to be put up on the side on road for the safety of cows and people.

intentionally not receiving mobikwik payment

Several time the toll operator rejects to take mobikwik payment though the qr code was pasted and can be scanned. Today i paid money to mobikwik but the toll operator deny the said payment and i have to give cash to them.
Why they are preferring paytm??? Is there any political or social compulsion??? Mobikwik gave me more facilities than paytm.

Guragaon to faridabad toll plaza
I am a daily traveler from faridabad to gurgaon. Today (30/05/18) at 10:40 am. I was going to gurgaon and on lane no fg25 i was giving 30 rs change for toll receipt. But your cashier didn't accept the change and said the "chillar" is not acceptable give me 10 rs note. Then i said to him are you mad this is indian currency even if it is in change it adds up to the due amount and he should ask your manager. He asked me to park my car and suggested i should speak to the manager instead & started misbehaving. As soon as i got out from my car, he accepted the cash.
But i just wanted to say how that kind of people got work permit on your toll, if they are not aware of 100% of work ethics.
Why these kind of situations have been made?
Sir my kindly request to you please take action.

1. That today afternoon i was travelling from gurgaon. To faridabad at around 4:10 pmi was at the toll booth.
2. That i give my debit card to pay the toll tax to the person to pay toll tax.
3. That he told me to park my car in the side, because there was not available the swipe machine on the booth.
4. That after waiting for half an hour they came swipe machine but the swipe machine was not operational.
5. That they told me to pay cash, and no other swipe machine was available on the tool booths.
6. That they misbehaved and harassed me mantel and physically, and misbehaved with me and told me to go my home and come back with cash
7. That they told me to arrange the cash and denied to return my debit card.
8. That my debit card is still in custody of the concern persons
Debit card with no ending 2626.

I called at 100 no for police help, but there was no response at that time.

stuck from 25 minutes and still standing in queue
We are stuck from about half an hour in the line of toll. We are having tag on our car as well but they are still not opening the toll to move freely. This queue is really pampering our work and other persons work as well. No one is here to help people and employees of your company are just standing here and seing how the queues are increasing. Request you to work on such issues so that we do not face the same in future. Its really annoying.

Misbehavior by toll staff. No supervisor on duty.
I travelled from faridabad to sohna on june 17th. The toll staff asked for change which i did not had. He started misbehaving and kept us waiting for about 15 minutes. There was no supervisor on duty. I was not even given the complaint book to file my concerns. When a long queue of vehicles built behind us, than he promptly gave us change. But he dared us to file online complaint. He was absolutely uneducated and had no etiquette or sense of duty. I call upon nhai & toll company seniors to take suitable action. A copy of toll receipt is attached for due information.

Miss behave & bad staff members

I am the regular visitor from Faridabad to Gurgaon due to my office in Gurgaon. After every few days the toll staffs harass me and many people. To I was crossing the toll and show my toll slip to the counter man after cross the barrier again one pindu guy (staff of toll) stop me and again ask for slip . I ask him where your manager is, he reply I am the manager and start laugh and start using false word. I protest against him then couple of his staff member come and threaten me. I left the place due to not feel safe there. No one is there to take care of this type issue. This toll has so many issues. The arrangement of que is not in proper manner. They are passing false comments to females if you ask for manager for complain they start using false words and fighting. The maximum staffs of this toll are local villagers. I request to the department take care of this toll please appoint the good staff else no one is safe crossing this toll in late night specially females.
Hope you will take action againt this.

The exemption lane and behavior of staff

The exempt lane is made for vip and locals who can talk rudely or who knows the tag working on toll sir i am paying the toll tax every month but i am standing in que and just waiting the the cars passing in exempt lane even police also helping them to pass on pls stop this and give us the right to reach our destination in time. They don't have anything in mind to whom to allow or not they just follow their interests and feeling pls solve this

Front glass of my car broken by bamboo and now no answer

Around 2 months back when i going to gurgaon at the time of crossing toll the toll bamboo break my front glass and even after 2 months of my complained no body here to listen to me.
They told me claim from insurance rest they will pay.
Not satisfied because my no claim bonus of 50% expires then and i will bear loss of more then Rs 5000 when renew my insurance.

I am regular traveller of GF toll road since I am resident of Faridabad and my office is in Gurgaon. I am fed up of the miss management of the toll tag line. The tag line is for name, everyone (Bus, Auto Rikshaw etc) enters in it and every morning 15-20 minutes spent on crossing the toll. Also no body cares for the line and they tried to enter from right, left wherever they see space. There is no point to tag your car or pay for it since the other lines are too clear and they can pass the toll easily.
WHAT THEY MEAN BY TAG. I DON'T UNDERSTAND SINCE THERE IS NO TAG BARRIER OVER THERE. BAD MANAGEMENT AT ALL

Toll Smart Card Forfeited
I was commuting from Faridabad to Gurgaon today on 8th October, at the toll plaza, around 8.30 am, I gave my smart card, the teller told me that it was expiired, i paid in cash for the transaction. However, he did not return my card back and said that it has been forfeited as it was not recharged. I had a word with their manager on duty as well. he refused to return my card and said we will not give it back. They were quite rude and arrogant and were not willing to listen.
Please look into this as these people are not following any laws or policies and are just threatening the daily commuters and causing a lot of trouble.

Traffic Jam

Hi, I am a resident of F’bad and commute daily to GGN using the GF toll road. The toll road is a big gift for people like us to get connected. However, there are many issue and through this medium wanted to highlight. # Maximum time on the toll road is taken at the toll booth. Roughly 15-20 mins.
also note the new Traffic Jam start due at Valley View place due to new speed breaker today 2 kms traffic jam.
Kindly remove the speed breaker from Valley View imm.

Horrible situation at Guraon Faridabad Toll

Want to inform that I daily commute from Faridabad to Gurgaon via toll. We face the horrible toll jam and reach offices late due to long queues. It takes us around half an hour early morning to cross the toll. I think the reason for the jam is uneducated staff who can not handle the computers or the computers are not working fine, that creates movement of vehicles very slow.
Kindly look into it.

I am a resident of Faridabad and come daily to Gurgaon for work, I take the road - GFTR (Gurgaon Faridabad Toll Road) being the link between Gurgaon and Faridabad.
The management of traffic at toll is pathetic which results in waiting of 15-20 min daily at toll. The worst part is that, no body is there to manage the traffic. Most of the time computer hangs,
We are paying the 30 rs toll to toll authority for to and fro round. This type of service creates mental dissatisfaction and result in loss of petrol, energy etc. Kindly look into the matter.

Hi,
I am a resident of Faridabad and come daily to Gurgaon for work, and GFTR (Gurgaon Faridabad Toll Road) being the link between Gurgaon and Faridabad I take that road.
As already mentioned a thousand times by commuters before, the management is pathetic and worst part is the uneducated staff, who constantly harass you by things like I dont have 50 Paise or Give me 1 Rupee extra and shamelessly would take that 50 Paise in their pocket, where Rate of daily commuting by car is Rs. 22.50 and they take Rs. 23 from you just for the sake of it, I mean in the age where no one accepts a 50 paise coin anywhere in Delhi NCR, why would someone keep that 50 paise there to make a mock of people.
And above all this is pass supposed to be driving 24hrs non stop to and fro as is the Delhi faridabad toll road, which they have limited for the same day till midnight. Sometimes they would give you the 24hr pass where the time is written for the next day, but when you pass the toll before that time the guy would just say "Your pass is over", you have to pay again to go that very day.(you can see this in the photograph as today it happened with me and it can happen to you as well, I had to purchase the new pass for 8th August 2013 at 10:11:51, although I had a pass that says the pass I bought on 7th August lasts till 8th August 2013 till 11:24:41)
I guess the company behind has no ethical values and no systems to monitor what is happening and I reckon the person sitting on the counter is just playing by his own rules.
If they want this corridor to run smoothly some one has to come up with his head high from the company itself and take charge of the situation, otherwise, it is going to be a painful commute in future for everyone.

I am residence of faridabad & daily commute to Gurgaon I want to complaint against Faridabad-Gurgaon Toll. This becomes headache for Common man . Every day there is too much jam approx. 30-40 minutes & its not tolerable. Please do something or help to solve this matter, these peoples are unable to manage the traffic or lane system, many vehicle break the lane and there is no toll employee to ppose this and this make jam. there should be proper lane. i[censored]nfortunately any urgency will happens then this should be harmful for public mainly the peak time is so crowded & mismanage. I think Akosha Team can do any thing & must be resolve this matter. I think the toll should be shut off or some thing better solution should be take by governement or NHAI
