Started work with agreement and after doing work till gf lintel level suddenly he dropped the work and absconded after taking advance payments from us and cheated us more than 7 lakhs. Took money and ran away. Fraud, cunning, bad conduct, and did rowdyism when we approached his office asking for valuation and refund of money. He demanded for more money threatening us that without that he will not remove his materials from our site. With tn police department support we made him remove his materials from our site and still on. Worst quality construction and no practical experience and no skilled workers. Does lot of basic mistakes, like column marking itself was wrong, incorrect column planning for load distribution, laid one column wrongly in one place and later laid another column (Please check if builder completed b. E civil engineering as claimed). Please check attached photos of the worst quality work. Be cautious with this builder, he took money from us for getting pp approval and made us run around without any clue on what happened to our approval. Later we applied ourselves. Builder is number 1 fraud and will insist client in unapproved construction. Don't fall prey.
Hoax statements of insurance, water amenities to labor workers, watchman for site, free works like sump, septik tank etc he will show in agreement, all 100% lie. A brand new motor got theft in our site when all his workers are staying there only!! We got directly affected by this builder and i am sharing my experience. Dont dont dont fall prey to this builder by his clever speech which is all based on falsehood. The builder also damaged private and common property in our area and didn't fix any of them and moving around freely. Attached photos of the construction please check.

Worst construction i have ever seen.
They have constructed a flat and sold it to us. Now it's completely cracked up and water leaking from sealing. They used all cheap grade materials for construction. Now it's leaking. After complaint also no action. They fail to refund our money.

Totally fraud. Beware of scammers.
They are totally fraud builders. Guruji constructions, west tambaram.
