Wifi dongle not delivered after payment

I visited the e-commerce platform if this company through their website Addmecart to procure a jio wifi dongle. I did see the website has all characteristic of a fraudulent site like no contact numbers, generic address of its office, only WhatsApp contact number, no reviews done by customer, no cash on delivery option etc. I placed an order and paid the amount which was accepted by Addmecart and thereafter I am not able to get any sort of information through WhatsApp on the likely date of delivery or suppliers details. Please suggest if this company or it’s site is genuine .

Updated by Munish Poojary I have been following up for refund till date. The company is neglecting my emails and WhatsApp . They simply send a standard response like it’s under process etc. I see many complaints against this company and it’s look like a fraud company and would like to some how get their activity stopped in public interest. I still can’t believe that we have such company operating freely online. Attaching response got as of today.

I ordered electronic item resonate ups 12v dc. The order #17814204 was placed on 05/27/2020. This company has several telephone line listed on website but none is working. Also they do not respond to email for either shipment of product or processing the refund.

This is a fraud company, I faced a similar situation with this GWSDD e-commerce operating through addmecart.com . The product and amount both are not delivered. I am surprised that this fraud company is still operating and there is no forum to take any action by customer who are getting cheated by them.

Did you manage to get refund. I too have similar experience with this company GWSDD e-commerce. The company is still active online after cheating so many customer. It’s surprising !

The above company is operating a internet shopping site http://www.thejtstore.com/, claiming all the payments through your bank at Rajgarh Branch at Madhyapradesh. In a shopping, my family has bought some items from shopping site. But no track is available for any of product. If the money is enjoyed by the above mentioned company. we can never stop such crime in internet. So please hold this bank account till the confirmation of genuinity of his candidature.

This company GWSDD e-commerce seems to have many fraudulent site as below. I got to know after reading through these complaints, not sure how many more sites they have. I got cheated by addmecart.com

The company is operating an online website www.indiacomingsoon.com. linked it's site to facebook. We booked 4 sarees on 29th june 2017 vide order no. 36398 but not yet received. Posted various complaints to company but no proper response received. Also requested for refund of money but no response from company. It seems to be a fraud company. Beware. GWSDD e-commerce Pvt Ltd runs multiple website and I am also lost my money in paying for a product which was not delivered or amount not refunded. The product was purchased by me from one of the website addmecart.com. Beware of the following website of this company.
