Dear respected sir,
I have single cylinder.I booked gas for home delivery on 04/01/2010 (order no-230).Than call to representative for my cooking gas but told me that "you again to be booked the gas".so re-again book the gas on 08/02/2010 (order no-530) but till day on 05/03/2010 not deliver.Whenever i make phone call to their representative ,but no response. I am very sorry that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and its regular happening.
kindly solved my problem as soon possible.

I am the consumer No.601963 of H P gas connecion from M/s Rethnakala agencies Thiruvananthapuram . I have booked refill on 22nd September vide no.239054 . Your dealer didnot supply the same even after 32 days . Now both the cylinders are empty. Kinly arrange to supply refill immediately

Dear Sir,
I want to draw of you kind attaintion regarding this matter, that after one month visit (From: 20.08.2009 to 20.08.2009) to H.P.Gas at Bishnupur Branch,Distt: Bankura. (W.B.), Pin-722122. for take a new cooking gas connection. But they continually fail their dates due to non available their manager in office at office time after all my documents and co-operation. Finally I have meet with the manager on 13.09.09 and he responce in my request, give me application form with a new date on 20.09.09 to deposit it and he will arrange for it. So I attain in his offfince as he said, but I could not find him as the other dates, then I request after told my problem one of the office staff who attainding the customers, to head over my applicaton form to the manager due to non available of any applicaion box, but the person and their collige are demanding of Rs. 100/-, when I refused that, they miss behave me with slang languages and said that " to take a gas connection I have to spand all my life if I don't give the amont".
So I heartily request you,to take necessary action against it, and arrange for give me a new gas connecton as soon as possible.

I have been regularly getting my filled gas cylinder 2-3 kg. weight short. Couple of times, I brought to the notice of the dealer but there is no progress.

You are requested to kindly instruct the concerned HP dealer to deliver the cylinder in full weight.

I booked a gas cylinder with H.P. Gas agency Saraswati Gas Agency, Sanganer, Jaipur (Distributor code[protected] & Consumer No. Is 512262 on 16/1/09. When contacted as the gas was not delivered even after a week of booking, they say Gas is not in Stock when stock has come we will deliver on your address but till date i haven't got cylinder.Please look into the complaint and make the agency give a better service.

I got HP gas connection 5 years back, but Unable to book my second cylinder until today.
Whenever I go for booking second cylinder they are refusing to book the same.

I approched them many times but they are saying that they did't get the permission to book the second cylinder from head office, is it so?

please let me know what should i do for booking second cylinder?

At the time of booking the gas they tale 5 /7 days delivery, but every time i have to phone them and ask when are you delivering cylinder? Why the delivery is not effected in time?
Last month we were having guest in our home so as soon as the cylinder got empty i wanted to book the gas they told that 21 days are not over after we deliverd the cylinder is thare is rule like that? So i booked the gas after 21 days are over i.e on 22-11-08. at the time of booking i requested to deliver fast they told it will take 4 to 5 days . after waiting for 21 days if they can not deliver the cylinder then why there is a rule of 21 days. to my surprise till to day i.e1-12-08 still the cylinder is not delivered.
I request you to look in to the matter and inform me about of course of action you are going to take.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 02.08.08 but till today 20.08.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 630360

I work in Larsen and Tubro Ltd my office is in Dwarka New Delhi i have recently shifted my residence to dwarka New Delhi I went to the H.P. Gas Distributor of the area M/s Chauhan Gas Service D-493, Palam EXT sector -7 Dwarka on 31/07/2008 for a new gas connection. but he refused me new gas connection stating that they are not giving any new connections. how is a person supposed to cook food and live if he doesnt get the most basic amenity like Gas.

TRANSFER OF GAS CONNECTION IN DEATH CASE
Please refer to the documents deposited with you for the transfer of Gas connection from my father’s name to mine. I would like to inform you that my father has died on 16th May 1995 at my native village Bhadwas, Etah for which I am sending herewith a copy of his Death Certificate which I could not deposit with you along with the documents deposited with you for the purpose. I have also deposited a copy of my Kisan Bahi showing the transfer of my father’s agricultural land in my favor. With the submission of the copy of my father’s Death Certificate, you will find the documents now in order.
I would like to mention that I have been working in Customs & Central Excise, Delhi and my my family has shifted to my native place Bhadwas, Etah (U.P.).
I have already deposited the requisite documents with M/S Moti Gas service (958740), Shop No.-16 Opp. Ram Darbar, G.T. Road, Etah (U.P.) PIN-207001 on 26th May 2008 and still awaiting any sort of response from the above dealer or the Company.
I, therefore, request you to kindly arrange to get the same transferred in my name at the earliest so as to enable me to use the facility.

I Mrs. Nilam Rane (having consumer number 632868 in name of Mr. Balkrishna T Rane) would like to submit a complaint report on a dealership given by you to Laxmi Gas Services, S.G. Barve Marg, Kurla (E), Mumbai - 400024.

Our complaint is on their service provision and improper talking way with the clients. On 21.03.2008, we visited the office for getting a gas cylinder (of 5 kg) booked about a month before on 27.02.2008. Earlier we used to get the cylinder in time. But from last 4 months we are not getting it in time even after a continuous follow up on that. More to this the agency staff is not propoerly attending the clients on any of the enquiries made.

You are requested to note the complaint and visit the above agency office once for cross verification. Also, please look iinto that there will be consistency in gas cylinder service provision in time without delay which will prove to improve the network also.

Waiting for your reply and will appreciate an immediate action on this please.

I am a HP gas consumer with the HP gas dealer M/S Universal Gas Co. of 25, Sadanada Road, Kolkata 700 026.
Previously I used to book my gas with the dealer over telephone and had no problem.
The HP gas authorities all of a sudden discontinued the system and forced the customers to dial 1716 or 2227 4438 for coputarised booking of gas.
The system woked well for few months but of late it is becoming increasingly difficult to book the gas through the new system.
The toll fre number 1716 is continuously engaged and the other number 2227 4438 is not being answered.
The HP gas Customer care telephone number 2282 5835 is also not being answered.
HP gas authority must answer the reason for such harrasment to its customers and advise them how to book the refills in future.
