What exactly do you mean by original documents? Are you referring to the Subscription Voucher? Have the issued the Blue book to you? Have they issued the cash memo to you? What else have you got after you made payment for you gas connection?

not receiving gas cylinder
I have gas connection from HP with two cylinders (consumer no. 610027). The booking has been done on 13.02.2010 with order no 20 at the M/S Paul H. P. Gas Co.Dum Dum Kol-28. After not receiving cylinder I contacted them over Phone 25512222 and they told me to book again. I did it on 24 hr booking call 22274438 on 04.03.2010 with order no 24 but still now I have not received any gas cylinder. I contact dealer personally and over phone but everytime they told me cylinder will be provided tomorrow. Now both the cylinder are empty and I am helpless, Please do the needful and oblige.

HP Gas — non receiving of gas cylinders
I am from KOLKATA (BARISHA).ABOVE MENTIONED distributer DELIVERS GAS TOO LATE.RECENTLY FOR THE DETRIMENT IN SAINIK GAS AGENCY.THEY HAVE DEVIDED THE GAS CYLINDERS RECEIVERS IN TWO AGENCY.ONE IS SWAMIJI ENTERPRISE AND THE OTHER IS AT KHIDIRPUR.BUT SWAMIJI ENTERPRISE HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE GAS CYLINDER YET WHICH I HAVE BOOKED (MY CONSUMER NO 619743, BOOKED 1ST APRIL2008). They ARE NOR GIVEING proper response to US NEITHER GIVING THE GAS CYLINDERS ALSO. LOOKING EXPECTANTLY FOR UR EARLY ACTION IN THIS REGARD. Consumer No. 30340

Issue of DBC
I have a strong complaint about Non Delivery of second gas cylinder for domestic use by H P GAS and I want this complaint to be Highlighted in National News Papers like Times of India , Indian Express , Hindustan Times ,..etc.
Atleast 3 ( Three) times I had mailed this complaint to the internal H P gas complaint cell but they are so careless that they are not even responding to a normal customer ,they are everytime sending mail and asking me to call Distributor and H P Gas, pune ofiice ,who are further careless People,again and again ,M/s Kiran Gas ( an Adhoc Distributor ,to whom H P Gas has
forcibly and without any intimation transferred my connection from another careless H P gas Distributor
Yashoda gas in Hadapsar area of Pune)
Before 2 years I booked a second Cylinder ( DBC Booking No.2657 in Nov ,07)as we are a family of four members and for refill there is no certain time limit fixed by the H P gas ,Neither there is any Notice at Distributor Offices ,which are more like a road side " Pan Shops" ,has NO ACCOUTABILITY towards there customers.To get refill for H P Gas one has to go through a very painfull process and literally beg to the Distributors for the Refill ,and above all last 2 years I`m crying to get a gas cylinder .
Here I START THINKING AM I BELONG TO A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY?
THE PEOPLE ARE LAST PRIORITY AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES BEHAVE THE WAY THEY WANT BECAUSE WE DO NOT REACT AND PERSUE OUR SYSTEM TO THROW THESE PEOPLE OUT .FOR THERE CASUAL AND CARELESS ATTITUDE TOWARDS A NORMAL INDIAN MAN.AND THE PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL TAGS LIKE BIG CONTACT GET THE RESOURSES USED FRON A QUOTA OF A NORMAL HUMAN BEING.

HP Gas — time limit to receive refilled cyllinder and the procedure

what is the time limit to receive the refilled cyllinder from the dealer?
What is the procedure of delivery of refilled cylinder?
What is the procedure of logging a complaint against it?

The agency Matra Chaya in Ajmer is not giving DBC after numurous requests. The 1st application was given on 25/06/2009. The request no. is 651. The consumer no. is 716408. Helpful

NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER
We are a consumer of H P gas. Our consumer no, is 15796. We are attached with HP Gas Distributor M/s Nav Jeevan Jyoti, Shopping complex, Gandhi nagar, Moradabad-244001 (UP).
We have been facing regular problem of non delivery of gas cylinder even after one month of gas booking. We are running from one corner to another in order to get our gas cylinder but all gone in vain. We have booked our gas on 08/12/09 but till todate i.e. 09.01.10 we don't get our gas cylinder. Considering the severe winter in North India, the gas consumption has already been increased but we are not able to get our due gas cylinder despite so much need. No body is listening. Is this the service that HP Gas providing to their consumers. Ver bad service.
I would like to request the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and sort out our problem at the soonest. We are feeling and facing so much problem because of non-availability of gas.

I, Sri Partha Pratim Pal, having Consumer No. 613416 would like to lodge a complaint against my H. P. Gas Distributor – Quick Gas Services, Distributor Code – 958670 at Uttarpara, Dist.- Hooghly, West Bengsl.
I have booked for a gas cylinder on 29.3.2008. Till today i.e.6.5.2008 they have not delivered the cylinder to my house. This thing happens in every month. Whenever I contact them through telephone they never pick up their phone though they have four telephone number. Their telephone Nos. are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. When I personally reached their office on 2.5.2008 they told me that they were issuing slip of 30-31/4/2008. Than means my slip had already delivered earlier but the delivery boy did not reached my home to deliver the cylinder.
Previously I lodge a complaint to you through e-mail. I don’t know whether there is really a shortage of gas supply or it is created by some corrupt business element. So please look into it.

Blackmailing by Distributor
I have booked one gas cylinder but I have been informed that I have to collect the Gas cylinder from the distributor's godown as their delivery staff in not working. When I went to collect the Gas cylinder, the distributor asked me to pay additional Rs.210/- apart from the cost of Gas Cylinder towards Rubber pipe and inspection charges, while my rubber pipe is brand new and recently the inspection has been done. When I refused to pay the amount, he (Mr. Pandit) told me that my connection will be cancelled and he will see that I should not get any Gas cylinder. They are using foul languages too even with a lady. They are simply harasshing the customers and black mailing them to pay Rs.210/- extra for each cylinder in the name of inspection and Gas pipe charges. How they can inspect the Gas connection simply by sitting in Air conditioned office and issue a receipt for that too, I dont know.More over they should give a dicount of Rs.8/- per cylinder if a customer is collecting the cylinder from their godown, but instead of that discount they are charging Rs.315/- ( while the selling price is Rs.310/75 per cylinder for home delivery). I request you kindly appoint some one to look into the matter and save us from the gundagiri of your distributor. I would be vey happy if the distributorship of this person is cancelled.My consumer no. is 608759 and I am registered with : SUMIT ENTERPRISES, Shop No.188, Sector 7 Mkt, FARIDABAD. I have booked my cylinder for refill on 31.01.2009 my booking No. is 4132 at Savita Gas Agency Kamptee road Nagpur. My Consumer No is 620577. Till 21.02.2009 I could not get refill cylinder I also complaint to H. P. Gas Site on 18.02.2009 and 19.02.2009 the reference no's are 08025377 & 08025643 resppectivelt but upto 21.02.2009 both the complaints are pending So I kindly request you to do the needful

how to get duplicate documents
I got my 1st gas cylender in 1992, then applied for 2nd cylender along with original documents later on I got cylender but not documents, though I asked for the same, staff told me that they will send by post. After one year I changed area . That time also they didnot handover my documentsinstead telephonically intimated the new locality distributor, hence then I am getting regular supply. Last week they are demanding my original documents. Where shall I and How I can get duplicate documents ?

This is to inform you that I am a consumer of HP gas bearing Consumer No.621657.
On 2nd of June 2008 I book for Refilling of my cylinder vide waiting list no.96.
I took delivery on 5th June 2008 but on the cash memo its 4th June 2008.
They charged from the new rate that is instead of 297.97 they charged me 350.00.
I wanted to know whether its right as I book on 2nd june and they are preparing Cash memo on 4th june and delivering on 5th june2008 with the new price.And one more interesting thing that they put rubber stamp of new rate on their receite only not on the consumer copy.
I have the xerox copy of both the receites if require I can scan and mail you.Please look into the matter and oblige.

Unloading gas cylinders
One of the HP gas agency who is distributing gas to Madipakkam area, brought the cylinder in bullock cart daily and down loading all the cylinders in front of Krishnasagar apartments near ponniamman koil.They are distributing gas cylinders from this point. Downloading cylinders in front of apartments is not safety and it is against safety norms also.Kindly instruct the concern gas agencies not to downloading the cylinders in the above said point.

GAS THEFT IN NEW SALES HP GAS CYLINDER BY SUPPLIER

one mr. choty jain s/o sh.mool chand jain r/o h-26,,near mahila trading centre ,gali no-2, shastri park,delhi-110053. use to fill lpg in small home made cylinder. the whole day your hp gas suppliers in uniform come there at shop of chotey jan and theft (transfer) some gas in small or other cylinder by home made equipment and go to supply them in the home it is a theft , blackmailing and dangerous to the resident of the area. mr. chotey jain and all your hp gas distributor and supplier are indulged in gas theft and blackmailing of hp l p gas

Transfer gas connection to another city
I am Baljinder singh , I have transfered my house to Ludhiana city from Moga ,my S V lost i creat affidative and disconnect the connection but ludhiana Gas service did not accept. Now 9 months passed , some reasons , now i have back to tranfered Moga city but moga gas service not accept my documents. According to them many time has passed now this connection expire .

So far the connection was not transfered to chennai. Any time If asked for the position they say that they have not received the papers from Chennai main office.
