I had given my honda city i-dtec to your service center in nerul, navi mumbai for complete servicing. Your workmen had opened the dashboard panel and center console panel. There is a very evident scratch on the ac panel which the manager (Nitin gaikwad) and general manager (Mr. Ayub) is denying. This is a very serious concern and i would like to lodge and official compliant against the service center. I want the entire panel to be replaced...

This is with reference to above; myself Vishal Gupta had given my Honda city No MH04BK 3263 on 23rd august 2011. (Service check sheet - Cap No : 102).
Post my accident and insurance inspection there were 4 to 5 damaged parts which were to be replaced (caused due to accident) and was told that with-in 7 to 10 working days will get the car back. I have been waiting everyday but things seem to proceed further.
