Car parking in mountain mist apartment by hanco developer and builder –mr anantha narayana hariharan and vani hariharan, both directors of the company has not handed over car park after registration and possession given and is obstructing the owners car parking area.
The most untrusted developer and builder of palakkad is hanco developer from kalpathy who is now into real estate business from 2011 onwards and now cheating customers for car parking. After giving possession, say after registration, he has blocked car parking. The guy who whistleblowed has been sacked. The caretaker damodaran is sacked as he let the personal news of anantha narayan and vani hariharan. Difficult times approaching for both husband and wife to abandonreal estate business as they made total mess out of it.
As on 18th january2018 we residents complained several times but his has put building materials in car parking area and trying to obstruct car parking. The photos taken today is attached.
I saw several people had complained against hanco developer –ananthanarayan hariharan, but it looks like he does not care at all. The residents also has a mixed response and few got some slot to park and rest are parking in the pathway.
Two securities are working with 12 hours duty on daily basis and they have no control over parking. The car parking is not allotted even after 2 years of possession and registration and his building work is still continuing and no completion certificate is received so far. Two wheelers are parked in car parking area. Also noted outsiders two wheelers are parked inside the apartment complex. Some people who work in coimbatore and calicut oor cochin are keeping two wheeler and four wheeler inside the apartment.
All owners car must be provided sticker so that they can park in their designated and marked slot. If he does not alott and keep under his possession then we owners will go to consumer forum to get justice.
Ananthanarayan hariharan like scrupulous builder cannot say - if you don’t like then i will buy back the apartment so that he can sell at a higher rate. This trick wont allow. We have taken loan to buy this apartment and your modus operandi will not work any further. Hand over to association and then we will run the show.
Completion certificate even after 5 years is not received. How did fire and safety department allow residents to stay in this apartment. How the apartments were registered without completion certificate.
Till he allots car parking we will be going to consumer forum against him. Let the forum take action against him. He was not available for comment at the time of posting.
The civil engineers told us that he has not allotted car parking now because he will not get completion certificate. After getting completion certificate he would erect temporary sheds and hand over car parking around the building
Another fire hazard is that the generator and car are placed together. If any fire takes place the whole building will collapse. Is the fire and rescue services in trivandrum hearing from our post. How did you give fire approval to hanco developers who are the most unsafe builder. The history of ananthan narayan is spead in all departments and why no action is taken against him.
Pre warning-on one side he has not marked the car parking and other the safety is compromised. Hope we dont hear another fire incident in palakkad.

I had booked an apartment in mountain mist palakkad near olavakkod railway station.in year 2014.
However the completion was not done in year 2015 as promised by ananthanarayan hariharan, the developer from hanco developers and builder. He kept sending emails and promising that he would deliver with quality. But however in 2016 after pushing somuch he registered my apartment. During registration time, i met subhash kk who was land developer who supported the builder. After registering the subhash kk tells us all that why we got registered even though the construction was not completed. Lift was installed in hurry with several issues and not working for several days at a stretch. No one to monitor the apartment with no caretaker and only one security who works 24 hours and sleep there. Night time no monitoring at all. Once i had to jump the compound as the main gate was closed and after i horned several times the watchman did not open. I had to park the car in gas station near by.
Now regarding the car park i asked several times that it must be allocated along with the possession. He says par anywhere. Whatis his idea i did not know. Hanco engineers kept secret. One anil kumar krishnan was sacked by anantha narayan, and he revealed the modus-operandi to all the residents. The developer thinks he is too clever and can get away with the rules of construction. After he gets the completion certificate, he will construct illegal structure for car parking and good car parking he would alott to his friends and relatives and those who complained would be handed over the car parking in open with some covered sheet.
We are initial registered residents, and if this happens then we will go to any extent to see that all your future constructions are not sold by posting this message.in good faith alott as per the first come first serve basis and not as per your whims and fancies.
The developer cheated us and he will not be allowed to cheat further.

Honestly I would like to tell you my experience with this builder.They have attitude issues specialyy Ananthanaryan hariharan of hanco property developers in Palakkad
1) management is very weak to deal with clients.Any defects shown is not completed promptly and he likes to receive wrath of customers as he is very egoistic person.
2) Those who are in USA/UK and want to buy property, dont invest your money with this builder. For long distance client they are not prompt for any kind of reply.
3) They are not prompt to reply your emails. Very Very poor customer relationship management.
4) Never keep any kind work transparency.Painting is still not competed /several apartments defects not rectified/car parking not alotted after giving possesion and lastly completion certificate is still not received.
5) As of now we are not sure we are getting possession/completion certificate on time or not.
6) Please do not invest money with such builder where you have to run all the time behind them for work status but still you dnt get any kind of reply.
7)They will be prompt till agreement after that they dnt care about customer.
We had really liked the location and believed in everything that was told during initial discussion around quality, timely delivery etc. but have really unpleasant experiences. They haven't followed through on any of the promises made. First the possession dates itself were moved significantly. Then when we started receiving emails for possession, we noticed lot of work half done, improper alignments etc. We showed everything to their rep and he agreed, sent detailed email with photos clearly depicting the issues more than a year back. we have been following up since but haven't even received positive acknowledgement for months now. It appears they cared about everything until they got all the money but not even responding to emails now. #reallybadexperince, #customercheating. #feelingcheated.

Regarding the Builder, entire palakkad is aware of his illegal activities. Few of the Hanco staff has approached us and to discuss for non payment of wages to them. The whole issue is with two residents who used to complain with defects in their apartment, but Ananthanaray !an took them lightly and shooed them away. Rest is what you can see. Instead of hearing grievances and sorting out issues, this matter would not have escalated to such an extent. The NRI guy, is not residing, he has been abroad more than 25 years and hardly visits his apartment and now that Ananthnarayan is behind him, , , , , He told him BALLS.This guy is a very rich man and he is a resident of Chennai lately.Ananthanarayan is working like Trupti Desai and he will leave kalpathy now.Not Joking
