I had made a purchase of multiple products to be delivered at various locations for Diwali, 2015. The order which is meant to be delivered in Delhi (where these guys are based) they are sending it to Pune warehouse.
On the 2nd order, the changes communicated and confirmed on email by the rep from Happily Unmarried for the change in the name of the receiver are pending even when the order is out for delivery!

delay in delivery of my order
i have purchased a bag from "happily unmarried" online shopping site. i booked the order on 22nd DEC 2013. they sent a mail that my order has been dispatched on 4th JAN 2014.
i mailed them regarding the undelivered parcel on 24th JAN 2014. i informed them that i am goanna vacate my delivery address on 27th Jan 2014. so requested them to deliver the parcel within 27th.
they replied "We are extremely sorry for this delay....
