I, n. Rajendran, i running a mini store inside a textile mill premises to cater the needs of employees. Off late ice cream supply is not regular it takes 3 / 4 days to deliver. The employees are solely depends on me only for all the goods and due to delayed supply it affects my reputation.

Dear sir, Good morning I expect you turn your ears for my complaint. Yesterday I went to your outlet to buy ice cream for my family. The shop owner has taken liquor. He behaved with me unruly and used unparliamentary words and said he does not want to sell Ice Creams to me. Please ask him to behave properly with customers sir.
