On 14th january on around 5 pm the hatway router lost its internet connectivity and is unable to supply internet to the avilable devices around it thus we are facing many issues due to not having an access to internet

I Poonam Tiwari is new subscriber of your service within 10 days of my connection I have faced 4 days no network or say technical issue .
