HUGE SCAMMERS, i had ordered a bag 3 months ago, i have not received it, i am waiting for a refund too since the past 3 months. They keep saying it will be done within 2-3 days but never goes through and now they have stopped responding to any messages whatsoever

My order has still not delivered since last 3 months and company person never respond, I have paid online, it’s very frustrated...

Not refunding my amount paid 5 months back, 6990.
Nobody replying or picking call

Order # 33136 - ordered a Michael Kors bag on 5th May, 2022, from Haute24 online for INR 15, 291/-. The product was to be delivered within 2 - 3 weeks, however each time I followed up, they kept saying "delayed in transit", or "not come from US". Finally after being fed up, I asked for a refund. Now I have been following up with them again for refund. Each time they say, "15-17 days", "5 days" and yesterday they confirmed it would be refunded by 8 pm, but nothing! no response, not picking up the call and no refund.

Have been calling and messaging on their helpline - +91-[protected]. Its been over 2 months now! Need the refund at the earliest.

Ordered 2 handbags out of which only received one. It has been 4 months and customer service only making promises of refund but not doing it. There site shows product delivered but it is not fulfilled completely. Order number is 27126.

You guys sell fake products... I don't know why you guys are not admitting it.
I purchased a tory belt from your site and leather is chipping off from sides
customer care is not responding and i am stuck with it. this is nothing but a fraud
