Help me with establishment code, ext and PF number

Also help me if there is a way to transfer PF amount if withdrawal cannot be claimed

i have served there for a year from Jun 2013 to July 2014...

I was trying to make a pf transfer from hcl to current organisation, which is supposed to happen in its own, by did not happen.
