Deducting Extra charges as Depository Charges without informing - HDFC Bank

I have HDFC salary saving account. When i opened, they convince me to open DMAT account by saying that it is free and it is payable only when we are trading. But without using, they have deducted 500 Rs. When i called customer care(That is very worst compared to other bank..), they are given proper response.
