Hi,
I have HDFC fast tag wallet id :[protected], initially they took money to get fast tag with pan number later they suggested us go for video KYC, we have completed video kyc and received confirmation mail which say i can recharge my fastag but it's not working still.
they send some links to complete but those links never work and customercare team drop the calls while we talk.
HDFC fast tag wantedly made tricky to use it and keeping customers money with them with no service.
