I downloaded this app and took a free trial. But I cancelled the subscription on time and I was still charged with Rs. 4990....

I downloaded this headway app and took a free trial and before the prescribed time.period I cancelled the subscription but still I was charged with 4990 Rs. I want a refund for the same....

I woke up with a deduction of 39.99 from this app that was deleted 6 months ago.

I have installed an app "Headway" which is related to online books.
To open that app need to give credit card details. For first month it was free later it will get charged based on our interest we can take subscription. while filling my credit card details and my details app didn't ask any further subscription details/charges to continue after one month of free trial. But after one month of trial 3588/-rs got deducted from my account without any intimation.
I mailed them regarding the deduction of charges. but they are not responding at all.
I got only one response from them about how to uninstall the app from [protected]@get-headway.com
I need refund of this money. It seems like a scam.
