Dear sir manay 3 service makrana say karva li jab 4 th service karvany kuchaman raj auto agency gaya toh vaha mujay mr. Kesu ram karwa aur unkay karmcariyo na kaha ki 0 balance per job card nahi banaga. Aur free sevice karnay kay liay mana kar diya. Aapkay delar public ko free service kay name par loot rahay hai. Aaj kay bad may kabi hero ki gadi kabi purchase nahi karuga aur na hi kabi purchase karney ki ray duga. Aap pls delar change karo

In the service book, it has been given that life of chain and chain sprocket is 16, 000 km but in my bike both chain and chain sprocket has been cut and to much of noise is being produced it has run 12, 800 km.

Company's branch shaan motors in bilariaganj, in azamghar in u. P is not giving free replacement of it.

Due to some reasons the 1st and the 4th service has lasped.

The thing which profits the company, the company takes it but, the thing which profits the customers the company refuses to give it to the customer.

I am writing about GOODLUCK automobile which is sub branch of RIDHI automobile, Abdul. Very bad service centre. If you give your bike to solve a engine sound problem and lick of oil from the engine they make another sound and another problem. And finally engine not working properly. They don't know what is the actual problem and change many more parts from engine but finally no solution occur. I am suffering from same fever.

I had purchased new hero i smart in month of may 2015 from Sai motors Ludhiana. its mileage was not good. they said to me after some time it will be good but it was getting low day by day. last time i check my mileage it is only 35kmpl. after that i went to agency & said to them, my bike mileage & pick is getting low day and at present it is only 35kmpl. they told me it is because of Fuel tank, Spark plug & Element Air/c. i permitted to do everything. after that its pick up & mileage improved a little bit but not good.i am not satisfied with this
give me a proper solution & take action soon

I purchased her a xtreem on July 14. Problem I'm facing is of main light no service center is ready to rectify it or to bring part or bike... Plz take concern on my complaint...

Dear Sir I had serviced my splendor+ bike in vasanthi motors on 03.10.2015 i had spent rs.13, 700 for service but after two days i found the oil leakage in engine and back brake not working so i again given the bike for service again they charged rs.180. But affer 1 month my engine makes lots of sound so i again given the bike for service they said clutch drum need to change and charged rs.1800 after that the oil leaked at the top and bottom of the engine and speed meter not working and brake not working. So again i visited the service centre on 21.12.2015 but they charged rs980 and returned the vehicle on 01.01.2016 with none of repair done. Hero is worst company and worst in service

Dear Sir, I have given my Hero Passion pro AP29CC 1456 Servicing on 04/04/2015 in Krishna Sai Motors Malkajgiri, Somebody has taken reset button from my bike while servicing and they have not even put the new one and now they are saying that they does not taken it. If they does not taken, how can it be stolen from my bike when I have giving serving, is it not their responsibility to look after the bike in condition? And when I ask for a new one to replace it they are saying that their is no stock of reset button, if such a small stock is not available in in Krishna Sai Motors then why to keep Serving center and blame the customers, And the service condition is also very very bad in Krishna Sai Motors Malkajgiri. Please look in to this issue

i purchased hero xtreme bike in june 2014.from that time onward bike having so much of vibration problem.i went to show room no of times, but the technician not able to solve the particular, f possible i want to exchange the bike or refund my money...it's around 89000 RS
