Recently I have serviced my bike with Hero Service center RTC X Road . After servicing iam facing multiple problems with my bike (Hero passion pro) like Pick up issues, suspension problems and bike gets suddenly Off in traffic while riding ...
With all these clear explanation to agent JAIRAJ, I have again given my bike for servicing in morning. However the above mentioned problems are not solved, and made scratch on left body of the bike.
In regards this I need clear explanation from Manager...

Engine Starting trouble from purchase date to till date

Dear sir,
i am purchase a new hero hunk bike from vardhani motors bassi jaipur before 7 months in this battery not proper work many time charging but not work, chok waire not work, self start not work, in the morning minimum 100 time kick then start it,
many time i am going service center but not repair it

Sir I purchased passion xpro on 31 march 2014 i am not happy with bike from second week of purchase .i never felt i using new bike after crosing 40 speed annoying sound came from front part of bike. Rohit [protected]@yahoo.com

Today I went to RAJU AUTOMOBILES, Jhargram, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal,[protected] with my Achiever(WB34A C 4051) for the 2nd Free Servicing. After servicing they claimed Rs. 450/-(Rupees Four hundred Fifty only) and I paid 450 instantly. But they only changed the Engine Oil(Hero 4T-Plus, packed on 04.04.12, MRP Rs. 215/- only), and did general servicing without Washing. They did nothing extra.
They have not given any Bill for the charges. There my Coupon no was 7780 and serial no was 119.
I can't realise why they took so much money. So is it a Free servicing or Cheating with me
