These people are fraud. They are taken service charges from me and not provided good service. Due to this i incurred additional loss. They are only interested in taking others money. From last 1 year, i am sending mails for refund of my money or providing me service. I have all mail back ups

How can in sue them in court?

They are selling defective service, if it comes under consumer complaints act?

Please guide me

The company named highlight investment research co has made a fool of me on the pretext of making money from stock market. Though i am active in stock market and has availed services from other companies also, where my experience was not good but those were poor in research only but were not frauds. This company is a fraud and works in a very systematic way. Here is what happened in my case:

I got call from manisha who is working in the company claiming the best research company and asked to avail service. I denied for any service and asked to work on sharing basis. First, she agreed and she gave me call for script titan. It was 2 days before dhanteras and stock did well. I earned a profit of around 11000 of which she asked to pay 4000 as registration fee only.
Then she said this was call of basic plan only and premium service has even better calls for which charges are 26000 per month. Further, she added that as per diwali discount, the company is offering 6 month subscription for 3 months price and i need to pay accordingly to which i refused. Then she said to pay in parts. She asked me to pay 26000 for 2 months to which also i refused. Then she asked me that, i have balance of 22000 and i can pay 11000 to start service and rest of 11000, i can pay once i start earning profits. Here i got trapped. I paid 11000 on 25th oct and waited for service to start but it was not started. I had only one landline number to contact which she would not pick. The only way to speak to her was when she will call. After 3-4 days, she confirmed that they cannot activate my service due to partial payment and i need to pay 11000 more. As i was trapped after payment of 11000, i had no option but to pay another 11000 which i paid on 29th oct and waited for service to start.

After that still my service was not started and i was asked that i will receive call from portfolio manager, and that person is so busy that people dont get his appointment for 6 months. I had to wait for his call for another 7 days post which when i received his call, he only discussed basics of stock market which everyone knows and then he asked me to avail supreme service with quarterly fee of 1.56 lacs. I refused saying that i have just joined for premium service and has already paid for 2 months and will rethink after seeing the experience with company for this service.

Later manisha started calling and following me up for availing supreme service only and she will get my paid fee adjusted in next plan. I asked her to start only premium service. She used to call 20 times a day just to follow, pursue and force me to avail supreme service which i was not agreeing.

Then after 2-3 days, my service was started but this was for basic plan and not premium. Now, i was told that there has been a technical problem and they are not able to start premium service and i should not trade in basic plan. I kept waiting. I was asked to provide an alternate number too which i did and after that premium service was started around 20th nov.

I used to get 2 calls a day and most of the time i incurred losses. Only 3 calls generated profits and i was asked to exit after 5 points only while during losses, stop losses were quite deep. My losses went beyond 25000. Here i requested her just to help me recovering the fees i paid and then again, supreme service follow up came in picture.

I was followed over 200 times to avail higher service and pay further amounts but by now i had understood their modus operandi and hence i refused saying that till the time i am in losses, i wont be able to pay further. Then, around 7th of december my service was discontinued. I felt that i was given contra calls deliberately to drag me in losses so that i pay more amount to them.

They are not any research house but systematic frauds who lied to me and robbed me. I just want a strict action against them and their licences should be cancelled so that others are not looted like this.

Maine is company k sath recently work start kiya tha13 dec 2018 ko or inhone pahle mujhse rs 5000 fees submit karne k liye bola maine wo sabmit krdi kyuki main market me nya tha to mujhe lga inhe to mujhse jyada knowledge hogi jab main 40000 investment me 1000 se 2000 earn kr rha hu to sirf 5000 deke mujhe experts ki advise milegi to main or jayada profit earn kr paunga. 5000 dene k baad mujhe inke account department se call aayi ki aap document submit krde or ek form send kr rha hu aap use fill kr dena jab aap form fill karege to mujhe call kr lena maine aisa hi kiya pure form me inhone jo kha maine wo hi fill kiya uske baad game start hua om naam k bnde ne kha ki main apne senior se baat krata hu aapki jiska naam rajpoot btaya tha usne 1 hour lambi lambi chodne k baad mujhe 35000 or submit krne ko kha maine mna kiya to force krne lga kasme khane lga trust krne ko bolne lga ki kal ki call me aapke pure paise nikalwa dunga last me maine sabmit krwa diye uske baad 13 din me inhone mujhe 0 balance par la diya 40000 fees k or 40000 investment sab khtm krwa diya ab bolte hai ki aapko special call provide krayi jayegi loss recovery k liye aap 10 se 15000 ka investment or leke aaye..
Inki basic research ye hai ki shuru k 10 se 15 min ye market dekhte h ki konsa share up jaa rha hai or ye use buy krne ko bol dete hai uske baad wo upar jaayega ya niche use bhagwan bharose chod dete hai agar upar gya to thik nhi to inke 40000 to ban hi gye hai...
Bhul k bhi kisi advisor company par trust mat krna ye sab fraud hai or 10 se 15000 per day kamane ka lalach deke sabko fasate hai...

I had rcvd call from manisha sales associate of hli and she has told everything good results and asked my capital, than she told me to first i should register as basic plan and we will give you analysed sure call that will give you a small profit, and according basic plan i hv nothing earned than she told me to upgrade your basic to premium plan so we can give u telephonic calls and exact details as our basic plan not more profitable, so i had registered their premium plan and paid some amount, after that i followed their every instruction to buy and sell.. But their was a rare case where i got a small profit and in maximum call i had lost my small capital 40k in 10 days only. And manisha saying sir plz arrange some more money next time i'll give you definitely and i have arranged 15k that was also lost. I said them if you dont hv any sure call than why you hv done this with me.. She is saying this is your miatake and i had tried my best.. Anyway
Freinds dont play with your earned money by hard work bcz kuchh bhi ho sakta h aapke sath.. Jo aap nhi jante ho.
