I apply for a data entry online company by name: "hiring circle services" register office at nashik, maharashtra (As per the agreement contract attached), first they said they will send a person to meet me for a verification, but nobody came. But in hurry they sent me the link by email and contract to click ok and start the work, the data was an an gibberish image 100% guaranty that no one can make out what to type and make more than 10 mistakes in 1000 entries, i sensed it is a scam, and didn't even start and submit any data. Before they had sent me agreement with my name and address as per aadhar card, the agreement doesn't even have my physical signature as business associate, it was not signed by any notary. I think they will misuse my aadhar card scan copy and details? Now they sending me legal notice by email and trying to call me to pay the money as per agreement.

But the data provided was really confusing as 'i and l and 0 and o' looked the same in that given font. So i couldnt complete their work within 10 days n rejected it.
After 10 dys they started emailing n threatening by saying penalty charges n if i not pay they will handover it to the court likeway
Finally i have paid rs. 4900 as fear of legal action.
I want my money back & take legal action among these activities
I have searched the company address, company address was fake

Same happen to me by same guys. but I am not taking any calls coming from them, and I keep my hockystick ready by the door, just in case! But you shouldn't have paid in first place. Now I see their the website is blocked.

After qc report generated, qc report are totally fake report
Short report mistake are show 180
Detail report mistake are show 198
But the data provided was really confusing as 'i and l and 0 and o' looked the same in that given font.
I tried calling them on her behalf but the did not tell me any detail of their company and said go and complain if you think we are fraud which made me doubt the authenticity as the behavior was really unprofessional.
Now she was getting pressure from legal department via mails and calls for the payment of rs. 3400/- within 12 hours or she is going to pay rs. 15000/-
I have paid rs. 3400 as of fear of legal action but i really want you to look into the matter and stop these kind of activities.

I got one leagal notice from hiring circle service company for not completing my work within the period. They ask 3400 + 1500 for the penalty fee for me. Is this valid legal notice. If any problem for not paying that amount. Please help me anyone ..

Don't pay anything, they are frauds and they can't do anything
Go to cyber cell police station and file a report against them and they are totally fraud. The data they send is totally useless now go and complaint a file agianst them. So they do not do fraud with anyone else.
The same is happening with me they said they got my phone number from quikr.com where i registered so that i can earn some money by doing the data entry work.They contact me on whatsaap and then gave me an agreement which wasn't opening at that time they said it would open later on then i did the work n completed it on time then they gave me the detailed correction report where the no. of pages incorrect where 198 i then sent the screenshot to the helpine department by ticking all the answers which matched the original and the filled data they didnt even tally the image which they gave me to fill n now they are calling me up with different numbers and asking me for the money and threatening me that they will submit my case to some advocate..i m not gonna pay any amount to a fraud company like this which only fools people to earn money.
same here there is no one who can answer the query they all are so rude on call just saying call on this number call on that number. the girl who called me by quikr her number is switched off, when I called on help line number the guy said send me a mail i will send you all details, he was no able to speak properly feels like uneducated. they all are fraud. my project submission date is 7th jan they just reminding t the penalty charges.

I urge all you guys also do the same. Also take the printout of this page, it would help more. I assume this is a newly started fraud enterprise, that is why all o[censored]s are recent victims.
I also tried to find the advocate who threatens people and I am sure she is a fake too. Next time she calls you, make sure to ask her BAR no in Nashik court, which she wont give or have, and then we can raise a complaint against her as well.

same thing happinng with me they also call me and threat me now i found this is a fraud company and i complaint about them in cybercrime department i call them they blocked my number they talked roughly with me they demand to me pay 3400 rs admin charges.according to me i complete my work within time period after my report they said you filled wrong information then i check out themselves most of the forms correct.you should also check once maybe you are correct.
I have been facing the same issue. They called me up and told me that they got my number from Quikr. They did not pick up my call during the assignment period and started asking for 3400 admin charges right after 6 p.m on the last date of submission. The "lawyer's assistant" who sent the email and then called (Truecaller showed fraud and Andhra's number) became very aggressive and started threatening me on asking for the bar registration number. He started texting me "Now see what I do to you. Pay Rs.15000 now. Just see what I do now" At first when I asked him for time, he asked me to make payments till 1 pm next day and when asked details about the law firm/lawyer's name, he became aggressive and cut the call. He called again and told me to make payments by 11 and within seconds told me to make payments then and then started changing the timing. I called the Nashik cyber department and they asked me not to pay, these are some guys from Delhi and not Nashik (apparently they got more calls regarding this) but I had already paid (I am facing medical issues and my mother is hospitalized too so I couldn't afford a harassment). Nonetheless, I wanted to file a complaint and I was told to report in the local cyber branch which I will do. Due to my personal medical conditions and not finding much information about the fraud online (There was only 2 reports then), I wanted to skip complications but I am talking to lawyers and taking up legal action.
To anyone else facing this, please do not pay, don't panic. Report them. Print out all these complaints and show it to the police station. If we all report it, it might stop.

This company is totally fraud they manipulate people and make contract for work under form filling.In which they confuse people with font character and even after the work is done right.They put charges and threat the party to pay the amount unnecessary.dont do any professional work with them.sign as many complaints as u can.
I did not got any leagal notice from hiring circle service company till. But they are sending the MSG/E-mail .I havae complete the work within time. But they are showing the mistake. Now They ask 3400 + 15000 for the penalty fee for me. Is this valid legal notice. If any problem for not paying that amount. Please help me anyone ..

Don't pay anything brother, they are frauds just ignore their calls and report them in cyber cell. Dont pay any money
