[protected] At 9:38 I tried to withdraw money from the Hitachi ATM. Money got deducted from my bank account, but I didn't receive any money, and my debit card also got stuck at the ATM....

We open a white level atm with Hitachi Payment Services at Chaukia Mode Belthraroad Ballia UP pin code 221715. In Dec-2022 and Jan-2023 month said company deduct my 60000 Rs durring daily settlement asper below detail:-

Sir, I am a SBI account holder my account number is ([protected]).. my contect number [protected]... on 31st August 2022 I used Hitachi ATM witch located in 12 RD number 59 you block Nathupur Sector 24 gurugram Haryana 122022..I was trying to debit Rs 1000 in that ATM that amount deducted with my account but I was not found cash in my hand in that time.. it is almost 12 days pass away and I not have any refund in my account...and i'm trying...

Complaint regarding bad behaviour and bad services of hitachi regarding atm maintainance

Pls take strict action against mr. Vinod magade from mumbai hitachi office
And mr gokul shikhare from pune. They do one day activity regarding complaint and share fake images, blocking phone calls and messages not responding to customer.
Pls take strict action against both higher authority persons of hitachi on priority basis.

This is radhey shyam sharma from new delhi, my mobile no. Is [protected]. I have a complaint against -
Hitachi payment services pvt. Ltd. (“hitachi payment services”) which was eairler prizm payment services.
(Registered office: level 3, mpl silicon tower, 23/1 velachery tambaram main road, pallikaranai, chennai 600100, tamilnadu.)
My shop, no.81 royal towar, shipra suncity, indirapuram, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh - 101020.
Is under their possession for atm (Axis bank - offsite)
For the last 9-10 months neither they are giving rent nor electricity bill. More over, they havent vacated it.
I tried to contact them, mailed n number of times but didnt get any revert from their side.
Plz help.
