1. The water supplied by the HMWS and SB board is very much contaminated and gives a very bad odor at the initial state like for around (15 - 20 Min), which is indirectly wasting the natural resource which is very precious and basic necessity...

Drainage overflows on the road

Just opposite to our house drainage is overflowing on the road and garbage is dumped. couple of complaints have been raised for these, but no action is being taken to resolve them. despite they just simply close the complaints raised by consumers. even, when i call to the corresponding officer, there is no proper response from him regarding this. The bill for water for the month of March' 10 was kept inside our letter box without reading the water meter. As on[protected], the meter reading was 71 units. Polluted Water supply
I am a resident of Saroornagar CAN[protected], Srinivasa Colony, Hyderabad. Past 6 months water supply days we are subjected to very bad, smelly and black coloured water, which is supplied during early morning hours between 4:30 am 5 am. I browsed site www.hyderabadwater.gov.in for registering complaints but site for not working I request the concerned authorities to urgently look into this matter and take quick action to restore good quality...
