I, Sanjeev Garg, made a payment of Rs. 20000 to HOLIDAY RAGA TRAVELS via NEFT on 17th September, 2018 for my couple trip of Delhi-Goa.
I have been in contact with Heena khan, travel advsior via call, mail and whatsapp. But, she hasn't responded to my calls since tuesday.

Hi,
I am deepti and my email id is i have contacted by holiday raga for delhi to goa tour. They were providing me tour which includes flight and hotel in 32k. They told me that i have to pay flight amount and hotel amount as 40% in advance once the payment will be done we will send the flight details and payment receipt.
I have done the payment of 26600rs on 11 sep 2018. They haven't sent any ticket or receipt till 13 sep and...
