Refund not being done by said company
I abhijeet agashe got contact of home maid service company from my friend regarding requirement of house help
when i contacted them they provide details and contract amount as INR 9000
They operate on numbers naming Priya - [protected] & Nidhi - [protected]they sent 2-4 phone numbers of maids ..none of them responded and some had already jobs ..so I requested cancellation of the contract. Sent them mail, called all possible numbers ..attaching all the documents herewith
As per agreement terms point no. 7 " If due to some reason, you wish to discontinue the contract and the service provided by us within 1 month then 25% amount will be deducted from your payable amount"
As per our discussion they did not provide me help as per our discussion and requirement hence i asked to discontinue service and pay me the remaining 75% .
after that they stopped receiving my calls and denied refunding me the amount.
They are frauds and chitters ..i wish to complaint against them

I had reached out to Nidhi () on 8th july where i enquired and she ensured that nanny will provided from near by area only. She took 8000 from me for world class "Third class" service they provide. She started sending maids from thane / bhandup.

Later i finalized one and she came only for week and now not picking up my calls. Every day head ache to call this maid or nidhi to check where maid is. ! Leave my office work and do...

Home Maid Services run by Sneha Upadhyay is a fraud agency who is cheating people by taking deposit and not providing the services, especially during the difficult times of COVID.
Their registered phone numbers on the card are [protected] and [protected] and the office address is Office no. 2, G. M. Road, Jai Kishan Mandir, Chembur (E), Mumbai 400071.

I had paid the amount of Rs.7000/- towards deposit in May, 2020 for male caretaker for my father.

Such unreliable agencies should be banned and the amount repaid back to the people who trusted such agencies for services.

I am a satisfied customer I am using the services since from 9 months of baby care the send me 3 interview the candidate is working at my place till now I have shared 4 refernce to home maid services they have provided them also service thank you home maid services and niddhi for being coordinating 👍

We paid ₹6000 for 34hrs maid service to take care of super senior persons but as soon the money got transferred they send me 2 phone numbers out of which 1 refused to come and the other lady who is staying far away from our residence has no money to come so I arranged for her transport to and fro paying ₹1400, but she is very old and has skin disease and is under treatment (Psoriasis).
When I informed them and told to cancel my service and refund my money, but after that they blocked my number.

Home made service run by Upadahya paday and Nidhi is a fraud. They have three number, [protected], [protected], They use to cheat people.
They run fraud service by using various free aid website, like quiker, olx etc. These people take money to provide home maid service and cheat people. Kindly take a action against them. I have file a police complaint against them. Also inform to SBI and their bank details of fraud.
Sneha Upadhyay, account no [protected], contact no has cheated me with 3000Rs. They ask me to pay online in return to provide home maid service, but after that there phone number is unreachable. They are doing organised crime and cheating many people. Kindly take note. Their phone numbers are [protected][protected]
