They supplied me 2 extra items of Garden Chairs, or over-charged me, (Item Code[protected] vide receipt no. [protected] dated 18th Feb 2012.
Despite constant follow up with Customer Care, they keep fooling and giving evasive replies. The extra items are still there making my drawing room look like a warehouse for Future Group.

Unauthorisedly procuring the secret data of my debit card by swiping it on a company's card reader.

When I paid through my debit card for the purchase of an office chair, my card was swipped on the Visa-connected machine for payment. But again it was swipped on another card reader for no valid reason. I have no problem for the first swipe for payment. But I have serious objection to the second swipe of my card on the company's Card Reader for the purpose of storing the secret details of my card in the company's...
