Unable to contact homigo team and they have not refunded my ₹36000 deposit. Apart from that they rendered us homeless since nestaway denied any such agreement of handover from homigo.

Logically owner should pay us the deposit but he blatantly refused to do so.
It's not only the monetary loss but i have also been through mental breakdown because i was clueless about my stay
Infact the owner in return asked us to pay the house rent and electricity bill and hardly gave us 2 days of notice to vacate.

My brother had shifted to homigo fedra, room no:205 in november 2018. He had paid a security deposit of rs.50000 which was to be returned back when he vacates the said flat. Out of nowhere, last month (February 2019), the actual owner turns up and says his contract with homigo is now void. And due to this his security deposit will not be returned back. Moreover, he (The owner) starts demanding fresh security deposit from my brother. He is not alone, whole building is privy to this "contract/lease ending" fiasco. Everybody's security deposit is in jeopardy. We have been contacting them (Homigo) continuously for past 20 days, and all our requests are falling on deaf notes. They earlier claimed to refund the money by month end, which didnt materialize. They have cheated us and it seems they have now disappeared with our hard earned money. Their social media accounts and have been disabled of late and their listed numbers have been disconnected. Please redress this fraud commited in name of providing rental facilities and take strict action against the absconding company executives.

It has been more then a month, homigo is not refunding my security deposit.
They have sent me full and final expenses list which i agreed on. Total refund was rs-35392. (Attaching the full and final expense list sent by homigo along with mail)

I left my flat on 30th oct. According to homigo rules, security deposit should be refunded within 7 working days.
We are been calling them continuously, but each time they say we are from marketing team and we don't know anything about security refund and neither they give us proper contact number to whom we can reach out.

I even sent out the mail asking them at "[protected]@homigo.in". But they are not even replying my mail even after sending several reminders.

I really don't understand what type of behavior they have. How irresponsible... Seems fraud to me now.

I have been asking them on mail, to give me the exact date when they can give my refund back... But no reply!!!

Relationship manager named "addep", his number is off since 8-9 days. Don't know whom to reach out now.

We even asked to give the company ceo number, the sales person directly say we cannot give. Neither they are helping us conveying our message to concerned person nor they are picking up our calls.

The room that was provided had lot of cleanliness issues, the cupboard and bed was filled with bugs and cockroaches.
The washroom in the allotted room didn't had hot water facility, complete noice and weed smell. Culdnt stay even one day vacated in the first day itself it was informed with security mr. Sikander.

After that i have informed all these things to homigo office (Mr. Siddharth), he promised me about full amount refund and sent a confirmation mail to me also on feb 18th 2018. Till now i didnt get the refund and i met one of the homigo ops manager on 28th feb 2018 and he promised me a ful amount refund with 3 working days.

Now i check the refund status they telling about some deduction and some approvals. Total 5 times i visited homigo office for the same concern they dont have responsibility for this and commiting fake promises about refund.
