It has been two months since i vacated the apartment. But they are yet to return the security deposit and are just not taking calls. Their office is closed.
On dec 27th, i received an email from homigo stating that one month notice is being provided, as contract with apartment owner was expired.
Homigo has even asked for my account details. Yet i have not received any remittance. They are just not responding to emails and their phone numbers are switched off. I'm not sure if this is a case of just our building or all apartments / projects undertaken by this firm.

I stay in homigo rockwell for about a year now. As per the rental agreement amenities like gas cylinder, tv, refrigerator, internet, 24x7 power, cleaning, etc should be provided along with their maintenance. But even after multiple complains, we have not yet received 24x7 power. Refrigerator is not functioning from past 60 days and even after multiple complains, nothing has been fixed. Now, dth is not working since 5 days. Forget about cleaning, basic functionality like water and lift is not available for upto 2 days at times. Multiple complains from all the tenants has been raised but with no fix. All the tickets raised and other details can be provided as they were communicated on emails, whatsapp and phone calls.

I want to raise complain for non availability of the amenities promised as per the rental agreement.

Homigo dashboard has been wiped off without any prior notice. I can't even check why rs. 6358 has been deducted from my deposit. As far from my knowledge, below are the items for the deductions.

1. end term deduction - 3k - the agreement does not call out the end term deduction of 3k from the deposit. Besides, we were asked to vacate. So they cannot deduct end term charges.

2. extra charges for the electricity bill? - i was promised in the attached emails that the bills will be sent to us. And guess what? No emails received yet even after my *many follow-ups!

3. i have no idea where else the money has been deducted!! this is seriously heights of cheating.

4. I was told to return the keys with a promise of getting the full refund of deposit in time. But nope, didn't happen.

After being a loyal customer for 2 years, at least i deserve some respect and decency in terms of a simple reply to my mail.
