cheater builder and poor product quality

Honer homes incline solely know to deliver broken guarantees. Used our money however failed to deliver a particular time, artificial language equivalent water, secure environment, clubhouse etc. Furthermore this place floods even when tiny rains.
Creating our lives miserable. This town is constructed with faulty style and infrastructure. Potential consumers of part 2, 3 and iris. Please beware!

What you said is 100% correct. They used broken and cheap quality material. Their doors have cracks. Water never flows towards the drain hole in bathrooms and utility areas. Lot of rain water accumulates in front of the main door. Broken tiles jointed and used. Top floor's utility water coming to my utility area from the drain hole. Moreover, maintenance team is asked to purchase the items to replace which builder have to provide. The UPVC window glasses have dents and the frame have scratches which looks like the rejected items or purchased from the second hand market. Electrical wiring is not good. Wires are running without pipes inside the walls. Not allowing gas cylinders and insisting to use piped gas, which is supplied with very low pressure.

I set to write down this review because of the lethargic perspective of honer homes towards project honer vivantis, hyderabad. We are tired off on following up to urge amenities completed for past one year.
It's been over a year since i shifted here and amenities aren't in the form at all. Every commitment delayed by a few months or more. This management isn't trustworthy the least bit.
Even little things like getting map systems for kids to play space or getting lights within the garden they'll make you cry.
I invested with a positive attitude despite some of the bad reviews concerning honer homes. However dark dream came true and nowadays even when 2 years since i got possession, we've been running behind honer to urge amenities completed.
Even if the work quality is sweet, however, one should think over ten times (Actually a hundred times) before finance in any of their projects. Conjointly i'd recommend you must take care while making contract/agreement and certify you have got clause on time of completion of amenities
