This is to inform Dated[protected], I was admitted to hospital for ACL surgery, at the time of admission, hospital staff named Babu Surendran told me to deposit refundable amount of ₹20, 000/-(Receipt No: DR001848), it has been one year since the deposit, the amount is still not refunded inspite of approaching them several times.
I kindly request you to resolve this and settle my deposited amount ASAP...

A breach in medical ethics while performing surgery on my injured knee at hosmat hospital, bangalore.

Whereas i am not born handicapped nor handicapped due to any motor vehicle accident or any other accident. Hosmat hospital botched and reckless unskilled surgery on my injured knee got backfired resulted in bone marrow right from my knee injury during botched surgery got struck in my perfect brain resulted in paralyze of my strong and muscular right hand and fingers and total loss of balance in three of my right hand fingers. The surgery on my injured knee by so called qualified orthopedic surgeons supposed to put me on to my feet and back to my executive chair, but instead packed me to bedridden for life.

Following surgeons are collectively responsible for botched surgery on my injured knee and post surgery incurable multiple injuries on my he-man physique.

Whereas i entered hosmat hospital in he-man physique with just a knee injury, but surgery on my injured knee by so called qualified surgeons of specialist center for orthopedic surgery at hosmat hospital got backfired resulted in incurable post surgery multiple injuries on my he-man physique just within 48 hours post surgery right in hosmat hospital bed.

Whereas the day (15/07/2011), i entered hosmat hospital with just a knee injury. Apart from, i had no other internal injury or external injuries. Moreover i was not suffering from any medical complications or any incurable diseases. I was not suffering from diabetics, no blood pressure and any heart or cardiac problems.

Whereas the day i entered hosmat hospital with just a knee injury and that day was the last day of my profession and my livelihood. I am senior level qualified professional typist since past 30 years. My typing speed 45 to 56 words per minute and that too without looking at keyboard or monitor. Every day i was typing 30 to 50 sheets documents, preparing college students and companies project report, lease and sale agreements. But soon after discharge from hosmat hospital, when i tried to type, my right hand fingers are not even positioning of keyboard keys and try to type, my right hand fingers are going north and south and pressing wrong keys.

Whereas, surgery on my injured right leg/knee, instead of making my knee flexible, the so called qualified orthopedic surgeons at hosmat hospital, wrecked, twisted, locked and cemented my knee from bending. Now after unskilled surgery, my right leg knee has gone bend and slanting towards my left leg knee.

Whereas injury/s and death due to motor vehicle accident, building collapse, plane crash, train collision etc. Come under category of an accident since as saying goes accident do not come calling.

Whereas surgery failure should not be wrapped under an accident, since surgery is performed by qualified surgeons after though investigation and planning and plugging all failure links and employing modern techniques, technology and medicine. Moreover worldwide r&d in technology and technique has advanced to such an extent that any complicated surgery could be successfully performed to needle sharp perfection. But hosmat hospital surgery on my injured knee got backfired.

POST SURGERY INJURIES DAMAGED MY PERFECT SKILLED BRAIN, PARALYZED MY MUSCULAR RIGHT HAND AND FINGERS AND LOST BALANCE IN THREE OF MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS. I AM NOT HANDICAPPED BY BIRTH OR HANDICAPPED DUE TO ANY MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT OR ANY OTHER ACCIDENT. HOSMAT HOSPITAL BOTCHED SURGERY ON MY INJURED KNEE AND POST SURGERY INCURABLE MULTUPLE INJURIES ON MY HE-MAN PHYSIQUE TOTALLY HANDICAPPED MY PHYSIQUE AND PUSHED ME TO BEDRIDDEN FOR LIFE. I ESCAPED FROM TOTAL BODY PARALYZE SINCE I GOT IMMEDIATE TREATMENT AT HOSMAT HOSPITAL, SINCE THE EFFECT OF BLOOD CLOT THAT GOT STUCK IN MY BRAIN DUE TO HOSMAT HOSPITAL BOTCHED SURGERY ON MY INJURED RIGHT LEG KNEE TOOK PLACE JUST WITHIN 48 HOURS POST SURGERY RIGHT IN HOSMAT HOSPITAL BED. IF ON THE OTHER HAND, HAD THE EFFECT OF BLOOD CLOT IN MY BRAIN DUE TO BOTCHED SURGERY, HAD IT BEEN AFTER DISCHARGE, MY ENTIRE BODY WOULD HAVE TOTALLY GOT PARALYZED AND PUT ME TO REST IN PEACE. ON DAY I GOT ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL WITH ONLY KNEE INJURY AND OTHER THAN I HAD NO MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS WHATSOEVER. I WAS NOT SUFFERING FROM DIABETIC, NO HEART PROBLEM, NO BLOOD PRESSURE AND NO OTHER INCURABLE DISEASE. I WAS HEALTHY, STRONG AND IN HE-MAN PHYSIQUE. I AM QUALIFIED SENIOR LEVEL PROFESSIONAL TYPIST SINCE PAST 30 YEARS. MY TYPING SPEED AT 48/56 WORDS PER MINUTE AND THAT TOO WITHOUT LOOKING AT KEYBOARD AND MONITOR. EVERYDAY I WAS TYPING-OUT 30 TO 50 PAGES. BUT HOSMAT HOSPITAL BOTCHED SURGERY ON MY INJURED KNEE AND POST SURGERY MULTIPLE INJURIES WRENCHED MY FINGERS AND TOTALLY DESTROYED MY ABILITY TO CONTINUE MY TYPING PROFESSION FOR MY LIVELIHOOD. NOW WHEN I PUT MY FINGERS ON KEYBOARD KEYS, AND TRY TO TYPE, MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS GO NORTH AND SOUTH AND PRESS WRONG KEYS. MY LIVELIHOOD DEPENDS ON MY PROFESSION AND TO CARRY ON MY PROFESSION; I NEED ALL MY TEN FINGERS PRECISELY PLACED ON KEYBOARD KEYS TO TYPE AT SPEED AT 45-58 WORDS PER MINUTE. I PUT IT PRECISELY, HOSMAT HOSPITAL UNSKILLED SURGERY ON MY INJURED KNEE, AXED MY FINGERS. IT IS SHOCKING, THAT A SURGERY ON KNEE INJURY RESULTED IN BLOOD CLOT IN MY BRAIN, PARALYZED MY MUSCULAR RIGHT HAND AND FINGERS AND LOST BALANCE IN THREE OF MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS. I AM SURE THIS IS FIRST IN MEDICAL HISTORY. LOSS OF BALANCE IN THREE OF MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS, HOSMAT HOSPITAL BOTCHED SURGERY AXED MY PROFESSION AND WIPED-OUT MY 30 YEARS PROFESSIONAL TYPING PROFESSION, 40 YEARS OF BUSINESS GOODWILL DOWN THE DRAIN. BOTCHED SURGERY WRECKED MY HE-MAN PHYSIQUE AND AS SUCH, UNABLE TO CONTINUE MY PROFESSION, I HAD TO WIND UP MY WELL ESTABLISHED BUSINESS AND ALLIED SERVICES AND AS SUCH, I INCURRED HEAVY FINANCIAL LOSSES DUE TO ABRUPT WINDUP OF MY BUSINESS DUE TO HOSMAT HOSPITAL BOTCHED SURGERY ON MY INJURED KNEE AND POST SURGERY MULTIPLE INJURIES PARALYZED AND WRENCHED AND HANDICAPPED MY HE-MAN PHYSIQUE AND PUSHED ME TO BED RIDDEN FOR LIFE IN STATE OF LIVING DEAD. HOSMAT HOSPITAL RECKLESS SURGERY ON MY INJURED KNEE, MY RIGHT LEG KNEE HAS GONE CROCKED AND SLANTING TOWARDS MY LEFT LEG. NOW I AM UNABLE TO BEND MY RIGHT LEG, I CLIMB AND GET DOWN STAIRCASE ON ONE LEG. NOW I AM UNABLE TO PICK FOOD FROM PLATE AND WHILE TRY TO PICK FOOD FROM PLATE WITH MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS, THE FINGERS GET FOLD AND OVERLAP ON ITS OWN AND SOME FOOD I MANAGE TO HOLD WITHIN MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS WOULD FALL BACK TO PLATE BEFORE I PUT INTO MY MOUTH. NOW I AM UNABLE TO HOLD PEN AND WRITE WITH MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS, WHILE TRY TO WRITE, MY RIGHT HAND AND FINGERS ARE SHAKING AND WRITTEN WORDS ARE IN ODD SHAPE. THIS ENTIRE HANDICAP IS OUTCOME O[censored]NSKILLED SURGERY AND NEGLIGENCE ON MY INJURED RIGHT LEG KNEE AND POST SURGERY MULTIPLE INJURIES ON MY PHYSIQUE BY THE SO CALLED QUALIFIED ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS AT HOSMAT HOSPITAL. HOSMAT HOSPITAL BOTCHED SURGERY ON MY INJURED KNEE HIT ME BELOW MY BELT AND LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY. SINCE PAST THREE YEARS I HAVE SENT SEVERAL MAIL TO HOSMAT HOSPITAL, DR. THOMAS .A. I reside in # 57, 8th B main, 4th, C block koramangala 560034. on friday last i.e. 8/5/09 your drain cleaning employees started cleaning the drains on our street, they removed the stone slabs in front of our gate without our permission or even informing us but to our horror we found they had not replaced the slab in front of our gate. on repeated requests even personal ones we have not been able to get the workers to cover the drain in front of our gate. the neighbours have all paid money to these same workers to not open the slabs in front of their gates, hence none of the others slabs are left lying on the road except the ones who did not pay. i find it disgusting to see the BBMP resorting to half complete drain cleaning and their employees asking for money to complete the job. my mother was a doctor in the BBMP hospital and i know for a fact that she never took any money or did any procedure half done. this indeed shows that the BBMP is not interested in maintaining the good standards of the yesteryears. i hope some good officers will attend to this complaint.
