They promised 25 user connections in their webiste

They given me 10 user connections, and when i asked to change it to 20 they are saying "there is a mistake in the website" and actual is 10,

I lost my money by trusting/believing what was said in their website
I have chat proof and...

Dear all, please don t buy any kind of hosting service from HostGator.in...very poor service ...they will not reply mails...they will talk very arrogant...this fake company in india...due to them i have suffered 3 days ...my website was shutdown for 3 days. simply they will do false promise ...be careful ...initially they will talk very gud ...later they will show there colors...avoid this company...

I was renewing hosting for 3 month but i tried to change my plan to renew for another duration, then it was asking to cancel your pending order first to changes. And there was some popup MSG come to cancel and i have cancelled the hosting package. I am Not able to generate backup of my website, I have given lots of time on my site to build content etc. Because of this stupid company don't have any backup ....

What a piece of this Indian Hostgator company is. I have purchased 3 year shared hosting from them few months back and since then, it goes down very frequently. And the problem multiplies when nobody answer my numerous calls from any support executive. On 7th jan 2014 i got window hosting plan from their site and guess what it's 30th jan m still not able to connect my datebase to their server and when I talk to their customer care executives they cook their own story. In these 23 days i registered 5 complaints and more than 50 phone calls but the problem is still unsolved. Now finally decided to cancel their hosting...

I have registered domain by mistake in India Get Online (hostgator.in) on 13 January, i called to customer care, i ask her 'Is it refundable or not?" Then she said yes i can be refund and gave me email id of billing department ([protected]@hostgator.in) and she told me that billing department will refund it.

I sent many emails on the same id but still i did not get any response from there.

Please help me...
