We were requested for seating of 7 ppl and we were given then same and was asked to change seats even when we had a person to occupy, 4 ladies were seated in a table and other 2 Male seated on another table the other Male person was about to come. But our family member was asked to move from there, even after explaining. He never tried to console on his bad behavior! Complaint book was not provided for registering it.. fed up of this attitude. Hotel Annapoorna, velakinar branch (MTP road, Thudiyalur) In a newly opened branch we are facing this problem, which is very hard to accept.. As a service provider please give basic respect to customers 🙏🏻

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your establishment. My order number was 303, and this incident occurred on September 18th at Rs puram branch

Upon reviewing my bill, I noticed a discrepancy in the items ordered and what was actually billed. The man at the bill counter incorrectly typed my order...

I went to Hotel Annapoorna to buy tiffen, i paid rs.100 in the billing counter and received the token to buy parcel. i did't received the balance amount. i thought let i get it after i buying the parcel, later i went to that lady to get my balance amount she said that- i did't paid her yet! i damn shocked! cos, i had only rs.150 with me and i remember i paid her rs.100, she refused it.

i was trying to tell her that i gave her money, atlast she said - "come after 2 days, let me check the account and tell". i asked that lady, i do remember that i gave her the money and she refused it, then how can i believe that she will pay me after 2 days.

soon, somebody who is sitting in the "sweets" counter jumped over and started talking towards me, said so "yeah man.... it may happen, and i too don't believe that you will be live till that day. cos, you may hit by some vehicle and die!!!"

i was scared. why do they use such words. if lost 100.rs, i dont bother about that. money is not a matter...but!
(more than that nobody will give the token without paying money, damn she refused and nobody was there to support me)

the bill amount was 36/- again i paid.

i ran out of the hotel, jumped into my car, started crying.
