I receive a phone call from Chrisanda Louw selling the membership to me which I was very impressed with the package she ask for my debit card number which I gave her then when am I getting paid told her aswell after everything she told me that the manager will call me to confirm if I qualified for the package to my surprise the manager never called me on the 27 of June a purchase order happened on my debit card I called the hotel I spoke to Matilda who I was told she's the manager she promise me to solved this issue till today I'm still waiting for her I've been trying to call her all the time she's not available and I'm still waiting for my refund with no luck can someone please help me I'm very frustrated about this can I get some explanation

I have a canceled a membership with hotel express International 5 days within joining due to inability to reach them and book the offered discounted flights and accommodation, it's nearly a month since submitting numerous emails, signed refund request and they're just not getting back to me. This company is Stealing money from innocent consumers.

I didn't renew my membership card and hotel express agents by the name of thandi charmaine and matilda have refused to refund me. They processed a debit order without my authority and now am told that there are recordings to that effect. I didn't renew my membership and am very clear about that. This is not the first time the two have done this to me.in 2017 it was the same issue. To me it seems like these are unscrupulous agents whose aim is to rip off clients in order for them to meet their targets.

I purchased a hotel express international membership and after having no luck in booking any of the hotels that I desired that were listed on their website, I contacted the hotels directly. This was the response given by Sofitel hotel in Abu Dhabi: "Greeting from Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche! Kindly note, that if you wish to proceed with reservation with promotion from Hotel Express International- please contact Hotel Express Cutomer Care directly, as per we do not have any information regarding discount. Thank you and best regards, Maxim Cherenko Reservation Sales Agent" This was a response given by St, Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi "Greetings from the Reservations Team of the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi. We are not participating in such a promotion called the Hotel Express Membership. If there is anything else that you may need, please do not hesitate to contact me and it will be my privilege to assist you. Yours Sincerely, Red Elmundo RESERVATIONS AGENT" I also went back to the hotel express website and began putting in different dates to these hotels listed as partners of Hotel express (Nov 2014, Jan 2015, April 2015, June 2015, Dec 2015) and the hotels were still "fully booked" although there is full availability in the actual hotel website. Hotel express is the absolute biggest scam!!!

On 21/09/2010 Hotel Express international Delhi India office has issued me a membership Card (Hotel Express international Life A Leisure hotel Ludhiana) in the name of Shiv Kumar Jindal card no.[protected] valid thru 30/09/11. They have charged Rs 5515/ from Me.
Delhi office address is mentioned on card is as follows

Also life hotel address is mentioned on the card

But when approached to Life hotel Ludhiana for usage and dining privileges etc against this membership card then they refused to accept this card and told me to contact to Hotel Express international only. When I tried to contact hotel express international delhi india office as per above mentioned address then I came to know that contact phone numberse not valid now.
Plz. registered my complaint and guide me for refund of my money.

Hotel Express International is dumping people in false memeberships. Once you purchase the membership they start giving you all sort of reasoning and would never go ahead with your booking.
I kindly advice everyone to stay of of any membership of Hotel Express international. We had purchase 2 memberships in our family but within a month we realised thye mistake we commited.
