One Travel Company parking their cars in the vacant plot which is by the side of my house. Day and night their cars coming and going and the drivers smoking, urinating, chit chatting all by my house side. Due to this being a senior citizen, I am not having sound sleep and having bad health due to diesel smoke and having other personal problems. I am unable to question them because they say that the place belongs to them. To whom I have to approach for my grievance and to get redressed.

illegal construction without permission

Damages/Inconvenience due to coconut tree

I am Ganesh Babu living at 96/32nd cross, 4th Block, 6th Main, Thayagarajanagar, Bangalore -28, M- [protected] . There is a coconut tree in my neighbor’s (Shiva) house, leaned towards the road and to my house. The dry coconuts from the tree damaged my car 4 times. The neighbour is not caring about it.
Last week it damages my brand new car. Also, I am bothered about the kids playing on the road.
I am not sure, how to take it forward. Please do the needful

we are launching a complaint to you because it is our right to destroy corruption as we are the neighbors of house number 207 facing many problems from the past many days they are regularly doing unauthorized construction in b/w them without any
permission from mcd department and disturbing us by breaking our facing wall to them too and when we pleaded them to plz do work systematically without disturbing us and others they start abusing to me and my family members and also saying that (k main to ye tere chat(wall) giraa k he rahunga call the cops i have no fear from them and all that nonsense talks as our home is not constructed properly means it is made very earlier around 1960 in which there is mud teens over there we have also fear of our house that it can fall on us anytime..,we have already launched the complaint for the same in our near by police station ie-; thana mukherjee nagar and also this property is not exactly belongs to him as it is unauthorizedly captured by him.
We would be highly obliged if you look into the matter and do justice to our request. Your good self may check the genuineness of the aforesaid facts.

Leakage of drainage water

I am facing problem with my upstaris neighbours has there is drainage leakage problem from their bathroom the drainage water is directly coming to over kitchen premises i have reported to them to repair there bathroom but they refused to do that it is causing a lot problem to us

Demand notice

Hi, This is regarding the demand notice left at my house. CAN:[protected], bill dated 18/04/2011, usage: domestic for the months Dec'10 to Mar'11. I had been paying Water Cess/Sewerage Cess regularly, the average bill generated for my house is around Rs. 350 per month which should be the case as we get water for one hour per day. Even after paying my bills regularly why has been a demand notice sent to my address and when you have meter laid at my place in working condition, how can you say that it is locked. This is not acceptable and request the concerned authorities to take necessary action.

Harresment from cooperative housing society
I purchased old tenament one year ago. Then housing society demanded Rs. 60,000/- as transfer fees. ( The name they had given was development charges !!!!! ) Then They had delayed the procedure of making me memeber with out giving any reason. I had submitted all the necessaty documents. Then I started renovation of the house. The society chairman/secretary started asking for approved plan of the renovation. Now eight months are passed but they are not making me member. My questions are
(1) Do they have authority to ask for plan of renovation if I am not distrubing neighbours and their property because of renovation?
(2) For becoming the member of the society, is it necesary to submit the plan? As when I applied for membership (i.e. after the resignation of the previous member from whom I purchased the property), the old structure was present whose plan was already approved long back. They were delayed the process of making me member so I couldnot wait for them to make me member first and then to start renovation.
(3) Currently the work is over and from few months, I am leaving in my house. I have elctricity, telephone, Gas connection everything on my name. So what are the consequences if they do not make the member?

We have compliants our division but your complaint department not taken the phone receiver. Some times phone receiver on the table. several times I telephone message to division JE but imporper answer. Sir please rectify our major power problem. Some worker may help. But department not cooperat

NOC from society
I am a resident of Navi Mumbai. My husband and I jointly own another flat in Navi Mumbai. Now we wish to sell it. My husband works abroad, hence he has given me a Notarised Power of Attorney.
For selling the house we need an NOC from the society. But the society has refused our request. They say that the Power of Attorney needs to be registered.
When we argued that a notarised Power of Attorney is more than sufficient, they are now asking for the clause in the law that states this. Even our advocate says that a notarised Power of Attorner is not needed.
Are we wrong on our part? If not, then does anyone state the clause which says so?

We have purchased a flat in Krishnanagar sector 20, jagdmba hsg chinchwad pune. I applied for the housing loan to Deewan Housing Finanace Co Ltd and the loan amount is approved. For disbursing the loan, the bank needsNOC in own format from the Society. I have applied to the society requesting them for the NOC. They are not co-operating with us in giving this NOC and on the contrary the Secretary told us that in the past they have not given such NOC and they wont give it to any one in the future as well.
I want to know whether Society NOC is compulsory for home loan and if so what action can I take against the Secretary and Chairman of the Society.
I request your help in this regard urgently.

This is resale flat . We are completed sale deed agreement. This is 3 rd transaction for the same flat. 1st owner was purchased directly from Pradhikaran. That time article of agreement made between Pradhikaran and owner . 2nd party took the flat., doing all legal formalities. Then we purchased from 2nd owner.
Submit to the bank with Transfer deed & convenes Deed of 2nd owner. But owner is not given his original sale deed to us. after discussion had with owner we understand that deed is misplaced.& 1st owner article of agreement was return to pradhikaran during the 2nd owner transfer formalities.

Water stagnation ,No proper drainage,Rubbish in vacant lands
We are living in Natesan Nagar Ramapuram for 9 years and it has no drainage facility.People are having their own septic tanks.As there is vacant lands around our house(more than 10 Grounds) ,after rain,water is stagnating in the vacant land like ponds and as people are putting rubbish in the vacant land ,the rain water become contaminated and it smells like nothing.Also mosquitoes are also increasing and our well water is also contaminated.Every year same problem is oocuring and we are not able to use the well water as it is like drainage water.We have made complaints about it to Panchayat many times and no action is taken so far.Atleast something should be done for the proper drainage of waste water from houses and streets and proper rubbish removal.

Bathroom Leakage
Subject: Request/Complaint to get repair done against the leakage of bathrooms at J-13/26, IIIrd Floor of our society in my building.
Respected All,
This is to inform you that I have been requesting our respected neighbor Mr. R. Krishna, living at J-13/26, IIIrd Floor above my floor to get their bathroom repaired as there is water leakage from their bathroom from the last 2-3 years damaging my house badly and situation is getting worse day by day, but it’s very pity to inform you all that no serious action had been taken from their side so far.
No doubt since last week they have tried something to get this problem resolved but still the situation is not under control and my house is getting worse day by day. I have being trying a lot to convince them to resolve this problem amicably from the last 2-3 years.
I have also requested to all families living in J-13/26, to convince them to solve this problem, but of no avail and nothing had been done due to which I am living in a great tension and stress and I am losing my patience NOW.
So, I hope your request to our respected neighbor might have some impact on them as my requests seems have fallen to deaf ears.
Like all you, I also have dream to live in a healthy atmosphere and house and also contribute towards my society.
ONCE AGAIN I request YOU ALL for your much needed initiative to help me help at the earliest before this matter may turn into worst situation, leading me to take some Stern and Legal action which , from my heart, I don’t want to.

I reside here from last 6 years and and every year in rainy season iam facing leakage issues inside my house. Inspite of various written and verbal complaints our society is unable to fix the issue
Reference of complaints given
1) 01/10/2005 - this complaint was given to the builder before formation of society
2) 05/09/2007 - Complaint to Hon chairman of the society post society was formed
3) 10/09/2007 - Complaint to Hon chairman
4) 14/08/2010 - Point was raised in society annual general body meeting and this was acknowleged in minutes of the meet and no action is taken till now
5) 18/08/20210 - Notice was given by our lawyer to the society as well as to the builder.
Need your help in taking necessary action and help as the leakage is still not stopped in my house
looking for a response from your end so that i can get rid of leakage from my house as socitey is unable to resolve the issue from last 5 rainy season

Drainage block
I am Dr. R..Jaganathan, residing at 30 ( Old No.) , S.P.S.First Street, Royapettah, Chennai-14,for past 50 years , For the past 6 months, I am facing drainage over flow very frequently. Whenever I complain to the concern authorities, they commit but it requires lot of follow up either in person or thro' phone. Many occasion , we had taken the help of our MC as well as political intervention through known sources for getting the work executed. People at the office are very arrogant b in their behavior and I feel they lack basic mannerism.
Last a week they had visited 3 times and for every trip we had paid fabulous tips ( in t hundreds )f or their so called kind visit . With all that hardship, the line gets blocked on the same day or next day. It is happening since 6 months. I think they are not doing quality job. How one can we live in such unhealthy environment?
Owing to the bad stink and over flow of drainage water inside the house we are unable to use the toilet and bathroom. Hence, I Request you to instruct the concern authority to do a long lasting quality job ( at least for tips they demand) and ensure the reoccurrence of drainage over flow/blockage.

BSNL LANDLine Disturbance
My Number is[protected]. For the past 8 months i am unable to use the phone since there are disturbances while using the phone, nothing is clear. I have complained at Kunnamangalam exchange. They said they will look into it, but are not responding. Now they say that they will reduce the bill amount, but what is the use of that . I am unable to use the phone, please look into the matter.

BSNL Landline — pronounced disturbance in the line
Sir, I have bsnl landline connection as well as broadband.The landline is carrying untolerable amount of disturbance which makes it impossible to attend a phone call or to make one, moreover the broad band connectivity also cannot be established.The local authority is not lending a ear to the problem henceforth the higher concerned authority is expected to look into the matter. dear sir i am using bsl land line since 10 years now my land line phone is crossing weth other number

chembad in panoor telephone exchange aeria we allredy complaint about this in panoor telephone exchange before public ilection some guys are com and cut the telephone wair now we canot use our telephone please come and fix the wair as soon as possible then only we can use our telephone.

House — Request for disconnecting the telephone
My telephone No.[protected] is not functing properly for the last two months. Despite of my repeated complaints nothing concrete has been done. I have taken internet connection with the number which is most of the time not functioning. I am totally fed up with this. I want to continue this BSNL connection which I am using for the last 15 years but because of the attitude of the personnel I do not have patience to bear such a faulty consumer service. I think BSNL is least bothered about the problems of its customers.It is humbly requested to disconnect this number and I may please be infomed of the process of disconnecting so that I can take connection from any other service provider.
