when I got married I took one of hisflat in his complex on rent.As he started accessing the flat when we were not there, i decided to vacate...when we vacated he said he would return the advance amount of 70000/-...but he did be give it till now...I called him and went to his home n number of times...but this guy is not ready to give...he has got...

Hello Sir,
We are five friends who are working in Accenture Services Pvt LTD in Bangalore. We have rented out a flat(Flat # 306, Pavani Oakridge, Shirdi Sai Temple Road, Munnekola, Bangalore - 560037) from Badrinath DN.
We occupied this flat on 3rd March, 2012 and given 1,50,000 as security deposit. Owner did not give us any agreement till stating that it will take time.
Now owner is asking us...

i initially deposite Rs. 50,000, while i took Flate on Rent from G Krishnappa, Sathya Sai layout Bangalore, then he start asking for additionl amount very month, Rs. 1000, Rs. 2000 and respectively, And finally i decided to vacent that House/Flate, owner told me i give u money once u hand over me key, i while handing key owner making excusses and told i give u latter.
Then i told no give my Rs. 50,000 return as per agreement,...
