Hi. I found this website while looking for websites that provide domestic help on an immediate basis in bangalore. I registered on this website on 8th march, 2020. Upon registering, i received what looked like an auto generated email from the company. There was no receipt or registration number provided for the said registration and they had deducted rs 999 for the same.

When i found this activity suspicious, i tried calling on the customer care number they'd provided on the website[protected]. When i called it, an automated female voice said something along the lines of "sorry. We're not accepting any new registrations owing to the backlog of pending registrations" and got disconnected automatically. I tried another number which was provided in the automated email they sent me[protected], it didn't even ring and i got the message that the number does not exist.

I then turned to write to the email id which was provided by the company on 9th march 2020 and asked them to either get in touch with me regarding the domestic help requirement or issue a refund. It's 12th march today and i haven't received any response from their side... Therefore leaving me with no other option than to turn to consumer complaints.

Opening this page, i realised i'm not the only one who has been duped by this fake company. This looks like some kind of cover for fraudulent practices which involves making money of[censored]nsuspecting customers who're in need.

I urge consumer complaints to take appropriate actions against this kind of fraud so that it doesn't happen to the next person. I'd also like to receive a refund of the rs 999 which was wrongfully deducted from me.

This is a fraud website for collecting registration amount of rs. 999. After calling several times, the customer care executive just promises to get a call back but they never get back to you. They have neither refunded the amount. The phone number listed on the site now says out of service. Definitely, this fraud company needs to be sued. They make false promises to getting us a call back and they they would be working on the requirement. But, its just a fraud website to loot the money from customers. No body calls or provides any service here. Please look into this.

Housemaidforyou.com is an agency for supplying the maid service, seeing the promising website and terms i found it correct and registered by paying 999inr, however based on my urgency i couldn't found the right candidate and fortunately hired one maid with the reference from my friend's circle.

After that i called 100 times to this agency and also sent the emails but didn't get any reply nor the calls were answered.

Please help me getting my hard earned back asap.

I had registered in housemaidforyou.com asking for maid for childcare & house keeping work for half a day.
I registered on 1st October 2018
They told us they would be providing the maid within 15 days from the date of registration.
we waited for 11 days & then after following up with them many times they told they could not find the maid. So i asked them for refund of my registration fee which they said will initiate & i will be getting refund from 5 to 7 working days. this was on October 12th October.
But registration fee was not refunded.
I have called them dozen times customer care. Each time they come up with new excuses like server down, have to ask back end team etc etc.

There seems to be intention to cheat the customer. This seems to be how the company is making money by fleecing customers money.

THIS IS BEST MODE OF BUSINESS.
TAKE REGISTRATION MONEY & DON'T PUT ANY EFFORT TO FIND THE MAID. THEN DO NOT REFUND MONEY & KEEP DISTRACTING CUSTOMER TILL HE OR SHE GETS TIRED OF CALLING.

Housemaidsforyou is a scam service. They sent us substandard maids who disappear without a trace (even they could not trace them) and send incompetent people. I suspect they keep rotating them between different customers to keep scamming innocent customers. I paid 13k and they humored me until 6months and then said that they’re not liable if the maids abscond. I also paid a deposit of 500 rupees for my parents but they said they didn’t have anyone available and didn’t even refund my deposit money!!

You bloody #### fraud people, i paid the regiatration money of Rs 999 and after that these ####### people are not picking the phone. u people suck by cheating innocent people. u should be put behind the bars whtever i say would be less for you guys. Bloody rascals and ######## u both partners are! god will teach u listen here only. u #######
